Need les paul model!
great review and the tele sound great, exactly like you would expect from a tele! love my aristides guitar as well (i have a 020), such wonderful instruments
I like the clean sounds.. but one thing would hold me back: I do neck vibrato all the time on Teles.. How good is the Arium neck for that?
Excellent for it ;)
@@jasperdunn How cool's that? Thanks for the reply!
Im sure the Axe Fx has a noise gate :) Sick tone though
Pronounced Ah Wrist Tiddies... Aristides, it's Greek. You're welcome. 👍😁
Brian P Mason actually it’s not. That is indeed how you pronounce the original Greek name, but that’s not how the guitar company pronounces it. Your welcome yourself 👍🏻😁
@@jonathankvex that's because they're Dutch. Doesn't change the fact it's a Greek word being pronounced incorrectly.
Brian P Mason hey man, when you want to create your own guitar company, I’ll pronounce your company name however you like. As for this company, I’ll keep using the pronunciation that the founder literally says in all their videos. Regardless, it’s definitely more fun playing these guitars than it is arguing about how to pronounce their name on the internet. Go check them out!
Wil do. 👍
To my ear - sounds sterile.
The gain tones are kinda buzzy. Is that the amp or the pickups you chose or something else?
Krikkit you’re probably hearing the 60 cycle hum, all single coils will have that on high gain tones.
Great video Jon! Keep up the great work. Now I just need to nag Aristides to make a lefty version available. Also yes to the other aristides videos
Thanks for the review.. Is there a weight difference between t/0 and o6o? As I understand this has a thicker body than o6o.
h isbilir I think if every spec was exactly the same, the T/0 would maybe be an extra couple ounces at most. My 060 is an HSH with the hipshot contour trem and a battery, and I believe it’s just under 8lbs. My T/0 is 7.6lbs. My 060rs is passive HH, and I believe it weighs 7.4lbs. 060s definitely feels the smallest of all of them. Also, Aristides is releasing their headless model soon, so if weight is a factor for you, that will be the lightest one yet.
looks cool! love those ones!
Also, whats thhe radius on that bad boy?
Dani West 10-14” on mine, but you can order them with a different radius if you want.
Great Stuff!
A true modern vintage! love love love it
Thanks Jon! Great review and wonderful tones!!!
Excellent video. Thank you!
Awesome video man - hoping to do one for my T/0 when I get it next week too!
Great video, Jonathan. I love the looks & the tones, and I've subbed. Thanks!
Nice review and congrats on the new guitar. What are your thoughts regarding the neck thickness? Is it slim or quite thick? Thanks
Leonel Bego thanks! I love the neck thickness, but I like having a variety of neck sizes. It definitely feels thicker than the 060 neck. Even though it’s slightly thinner than a Fender American Standard, to me it feels slightly thicker than it. Most likely it’s due to the edges being rolled on the Fender.
Jonathan Klinvex thank you! I ordered also a T/Or but only this week! So now the wait starts :-/
Sounds and looks phenomenal, dude!
