DIY's and how-to's for 90's Actys
1995 Mitsubishi Delica Truck (P25T) Walk Around
Currently in the process of importing this truck from Hokkaido, Japan to Tampa, Florida. There is barely anything online about Delica trucks so I thought I'd share a walk around video I commissioned from an inspector before purchasing. Enjoy!
Edit: I've now imported it and it's in my possession!

Walking through some of the the upgrades I've made on my 1992 Honda Acty SDX 2WD Check out my substack for more detail on some of the mods: actymods.substack.com
Hey! Weird question. So I'm actually working towards importing one myself, and well, I found a fixed price listing that seems to match this truck perfectly. Also in Hokkaido, 1995 Delica Truck, same bullbar w/ wheel[even in same orientation] and same company, same color. Did you end up purchasing the vehicle and getting it shipped?
Hey there, yeah it's in my driveway. They might not have updated the listing
What is the name/brand of the white tire pen you used? I love you set up. Awning is great.
Thanks! I used these: amzn.to/4fdNXsD
Buddy, this build is clean af!!! I have always wanted a Acty ever since my wife and I went to Japan. Love the little personalized touches! Hoping to get an Acty of my own shipped here to Winnipeg, MB in the near future! Sending good vibes from Manitoba! 🤜🤛
Thanks for the kind words! Excited for you to get your own soon 🙏
I'm assuming the Roof Rack you had to cut it and modify it to fit your roof correct?
If you mean the rack that is above the cabin, then no. That is from Front Runner. It's a little tricky to find, but it's the one that is measured as FRONT RUNNER SLIMLINE II TRAY 1165MM(W) X 752MM(L)
Cute
Did you make the canvas cover custom🤙🏼
off the shelf 6x8!
How did you mount your Mag factory fenders? Mine just arrived.. looks like I have to secure from the inside of the body and doors..
@@terricruz6885 The rear ones you will have to use metal screws. The front will us double-sided automotive adhesive tape. Tape sounds silly, but trust me it’s super strong! Make sure you clean the area where the tape sticks to very well. Shouldn’t take long to do :)
@@actymods Much thanks!!👍🏽
Btw awesome setup on the truck!! I have a 96 Honda Kei Van.. excited to mount these fenders!! 👍🏽
@@terricruz6885 Awesome! Good luck
Nice mini truck ❤
This is super amazing! Any online store you may recommend for spares for the same?I have a Honda Acty four speed but in my part of the world to find spares it's a real hustle! I'm in Southern Africa.
Thanks so much for the kind words! Forgive me but I'm not sure exactly what spares you mean? Let me know I'm happy to share any insight
Awesome truck!
Hey! Thank you
Dude that's slick.
Thanks!
Such a sick build! The awning is a great addition, nice job on the fab work.
Thanks, man!
Such fabulous details on your Acty! What roof rack model from front runner is that? I love it.
Thanks! So I made it easy for when I get a question like this and put everything on a linktree for easy sharing linktr.ee/92acty
Sweeet lookin truck! Hopefully one day my truck starts looking this nice!
Thanks! Just subscribed to your channel. Nice videos!
All set up for overlanding. Only missing one thing...4wd
Great for camping! Truth is I mostly use it for around town so the higher top speed and easier turning makes. bit more sense for me. Also I have a Suzuki Carry that's 4wd with diff lock whenever I get tired of the pavement haha
OMG. This acty is awesome. I love how clean it looks. Very jealous lol!
I love it! Thanks for watching
super clean! id trade my 2020 corolla in for this. looks super fun to drive. can you do a video on how you got it? did you paint it? how long did all the mods take to complete? any other features you eventually want to add?
Thanks! It is really fun to drive. It's my daily and it turns a lot of heads. From my understanding Honda made about 5-10% of these in blue and the rest were white so it's factory paint. I've been chipping away at the mods over the last 9-10 months. If you're interest in some of the mods in more detail you can check out my substack where I detailed some step-by-step instructions on a few things I did. actymods.substack.com
Love this super cool!
Looks great with the canvas, the handhold-light is a cool feature.
I know it's a front runner but which roof rack is that?
I get asked about things on my truck a lot so made this Linktree. The rack I do is there: linktr.ee/92acty
Super cool...well done!
Nice car
You killed it man! Love the color
Thanks, still can’t believe how good the oem paint is after 30+ years
Nice work.
The canvass is basically exactly what I was looking to do when I get my acty. Super happy so see how well it works out.
Yeah, it really worked out nicely. Looking forward to seeing yours when you do!
Dope truck man !! Check out my build on here aswell
Thanks! Will do
Stopped tempting meeee
Don't get an ACTY. Get a Hijet
@@jamesjohnson8661wouldn't a sambar be best? Why an hijet?
@@yorkleroy5605 There’s no ultimate Kei, it’s all about what you want from it. Acty has the worst leg room, Sambars burn oil, Mitsubishi’s can be hard to find parts for, etc. Just pick the one you like and enjoy it!

@@actymodsI get it, was just curious about the reason behind his preference. Interesting, this is the first I've heard about the sambar burning oil, that's good to know, at least it won't destroy itself if the timing belt breaks though ;)
wow!!! I love this
Thanks, I appreciate it. I just checked out your channel, nice stuff!
Love it ! I hope I can built one as good as your :')
Thanks! I’m sure you can!
Great looking truck. I love all the work you have done. Where did you get the rack for over the cab?
Thank you! That is a Front Runner rack with a few accessories on it
