Nice bike! I almost bought one, but got a Ducati V4 Pikes Peak instead. It came with Pirelli Rosso Corsa IV tires and they wore out at 4500 miles. I decided to go with the Road 6 tires and holy cow, do they ride SMOOTH!!! Makes my bike 20% better to ride! For me, the dry traction is also a 10 as I ride hard in the canyons every weekend. The Pirelli's have a very stiff sidewall and come with not much tread on them, so the Road 6 is a FAR SUPERIOR tire overall.

I’ve honestly no idea how you can get that many miles out of the tyre..I know it’s all about the bike, riding style etc but after having metzler 01 se on my bike (ninja 1000sx) and only getting 3,000 miles out of them when a lot said they would do 8,000 I decided to get Michelin road 6..I’ve got to say there an amazing tyre and I’ve had no issues,I can give it stick on the twisties and never had them let go.i mainly do A road and B road riding but a few motorway miles aswell but I’ve never had a rear last over 5,000 miles and I only got 7,000 out of the front..lasted better than the metzler so I’m sticking with the road 6 but I wish I could get that many miles out of them..just put a new pair on 4 days ago so I’ll see how these go,they better last me the year

A group of buddies and I from all over the US booked a private 7-day tour through Edelweiss, which provided the bikes, guide, hotel accommodations, routes, etc. We just needed to show up and ride. We did what is called the Pyrenees Extreme, which has more technical riding, longer days, and less support than their regular Pyrenees tour. It demands more pace and technical ability. We’re planning another tour and are considering the Picos de Europa area. How would you compare the Picos to the Pyrenees? Here’s the video of our Day 1. This video was a pure joy to watch. Also made me a bit tense at the end there hoping the bike wouldn't just run out of fuel on side of the road.

I was waiting to see the, "it's a sport bike, it's supposed to be quick and nimble, who cares about fuel economy" comment. it always makes me laugh. Yeah, it is a pretty important factor some people, especially to the guy who's trying to justify buying one to his wife lol

Have you practiced high speed braking it’s part of bike safe higher speed training I did mine at Caldwell park 100 mph on the straight.just saying if the trailer was fully across the road could you have stopped! Any way good reactions in getting around .the reason I’m commenting is my brother was taken out by a farmer turning across the flow of traffic .his trailer s x2 had no indication fitted ,! Ride safe this year 2024👍

Thank you for the comment and sorry to hear that about your borther. I do try to practices hard braking from time to time and i did have time to fully stop reason i didnt was for a few reasons i did have a few bikers behind me as wasnt quite sure how close they was to me at that very momment so stopping so fast, I chose to take the exit around the tractor and used my comms to warn the bikers behind me one being my brother and good friend. I did use a little back brake to keep the bike balanced like you do when your doing high speed braking its amazing on how much it helps might make a video on this as i am sure other dont do this thanks again ride safe

Great video would like to see what it would do on a range test on the motorway on cruise control as my fz1n always done an extra 40 miles on my trips down too Portsmouth from west mids. Ps nice bike choice 👌 I'm upgrading soon but can't decide on mt10 sp or 09

YEa its a hard choice depending what your wanting for the bike the mt09 is way more fun and nimble but the mt10 has some great power but is alot nice in the twistys as front end is planted very nice, mt09 is a hard bike to get setup nice so you can ride hard in the corners without it getting twitchy at the front hope that helps let me know what you get
