Filing of Exemption for Non Compliance by Aerodrome Operator
Hello viewers as we all know airport business runs on strict policies as decided by regulatory authorities, and an aerodrome operator shall work hard to fulfill all the requirements as decided by the regulator but sometimes due to some constraints at airports (land unavailability, complex structure, complex geography) compliances are not met.
So Regulator provide exemption which an aerodrome operator shall seek for safe airport operations.
