DAMN is more so just hits, but FEEL and PRIDE dive into the darker side of someone who begins to lose meaning to their lives. It's crazy too, because most of the things he says come true in terms of his life. And I can't go over his features enough. He's like okay we're doing this? Bro that whole paper throwing thing after the jay z lines was because they were directed to drake because drake had said he was above Jay so when Kendrick said all that stuff he started throwing papers and spitting different lines like it was different stuff he wrote as a diss to drake having ghost writers and not writing his own tracks aka not having papers of raps written
