Hi All, please aware this developer “Barratt London “ - Eastman Village. The case is about water tank leaking. Regarding the material; Charith (assistant manager) informed me that all materials are already and arrange the repairment work today (8/4/2024) and that’s why ask the technician to come and fix it; A technician came and told me that he cannot handle doing the job by himself without a handy man and other technicians to help. And now they are telling me the materials is not ready and need to wait until it arrives; it has been over 10 weeks when I first report this incident and I do suffer from mentally illnesses as seeing the new build flat has such a defect. I already booked with GP and see do I need to consult specialist doctor. And no any developer management reply me any e-mail. The technician said the toilet need to remove the toilet sink and the tiles in order to reach the back of the toilet; and this project takes more than a week to fix it and he said his last working day will be on this Friday so he can’t starting any work by himself. They always using the excuse of not having materials to delay time
