Retention cyst of sublingual gland.bcz no history of trauma..

Retention cyst of sublingual gland

Most probable and best option is retention cyst of sublingual gland.. since in ranula fluid is just accumulated and doesn't come out of cyst hence no extravasation further on.. most commonly involved gland in ranula is the sublingual gland.
