Hey Neha thank you for sharing this. I am caught up in a fix right now whether I should apply for IIM-K programme for CHROs which is costing 4.75 Lacs, an amount which makes me question myself many times whether it is worth it or not. I have 16+ years work experience and have another 20 years to go atleast. I am a Unit HR Head and not a CHRO but I might qualify for the position sooner rather than later. In the past I have gone for small online programmes from AON, TV Rao but nothing like this with a 1 year duration and fees as high as this. What is attractive is the IIM Brand - can't deny that and a small feeling of pride that you got to study (for a few days) and get a certificate from one of the best management schools in the country. However, I would be disappointed if by the end of the programme there has been no significant return for me as a professional.
