Hi everyone, I'm Melodie and this is my journey from Circus to Yoga . I was a full time artist at Cirque du Soleil and teaching on tour. Always on the road and trying to stay healthy physically, mentally and energetically.
While traveling for the past 12 years, my yoga mat was my sacred & safe space to feel at home and focused.
In this channel I want to share this passion for connecting movement with breathe - in the hope that this makes you feel good and connected with yourself.
