These are so cute. I probably would use cotton yarn instead of acrylic because cotton is more likely to absorb water rings from the drinks but if you’re using them just for a table decoration and not for beverages then that’s fine. That’s just personal preference but I do love worsted weight yarn.

Your advice was crucially helpful; I splurged all of 9€ on a ceramic yarn bowl with a generous dispenser curve, painted white with SUPER DUPER CUTE green flowers. Muhahahahahahaha ❤ thank you ^^

Wait I'm slow , what's the difference between double crotchet, and half double crotchet ? Another question ( sorry) is single crotchet (sc) necessarily to learn if you already know double crotchet(dc)

I always have a hard time with knitting pillows. I bought cheap pillow inserts and they didn’t work well for my pillows. Do you have any suggestions for a good pillow insert or tips for making pillows? I want to try making better pillows.

This is a wonderful tutorial! Though does anybody know how to prevent stiff crochet? I tried going loose with my chaining but the scarf comes out stiff. Am I using too big a yarn and need to largen the pattern? Go even looser with the chaining? I doubt it's the yarn's fault, as it's super soft. Someone, please bestow upon me some advice!

Thank you for a great tutorial! I really appreciate how you break it down into such simple, basic terms without a lot of over-explanation (which sometimes throws me off haha!) I wanted to add a tip that I found as I followed your steps for working in the round- I was finding that it wasn’t dense enough, like there was a bit of extra space between stitches. I think a much tighter tension could have helped… but I wanted to keep my tension as is. So I crocheted 2 sc together in place of each sc. it worked beautifully! Kept the count the same but make it a more dense, plush fabric at the end! Thank you again for a great tutorial! I appreciate you!

She was such a beautiful kitty. It looks like she had a long and happy life. In my opinion it can never be long enough. I am a HUGE cat lover and I lost both of mine in 2024. It has to be the worst heartache one can suffer when owning a pet. I am so sorry for your loss...I still have tears for Sunberry even though I never met her. P. S. her middle name is the same as mine, even spelled with an E!

What a beautiful way to honor Sunberry. I understand the feeling of losing a pet. I sadly lost both my cats, Olive and Oliver last year. We lost Oliver to a diabetes attack and Olive we put to sleep due to old age.

Omg! You described and demonstrated this so well. I just tried it yesterday and it turned out perfectly. Thanks so much! After making it in worsted weight yarn I then tried it with 2 strands of (green) size 10 crochet cotton and a 2.5mm needle and later I sewed a few pearls on it as "ornaments" and it's just so pretty.

Not gonna lie. I OWN the authentic in that same exact color and I STILL got it wrong! And I even use the clothes every single day! Only goes to show how damn good these *amzaccs* are visually. Now guessing which is the fake by feeling them both in my hands is another story.
