i think as of book of bill it is flat out confirmed this is the same earth between these three. spoilers for the book of bill Bill is the reason why witches are a thing and how they came to the boiling isles, namely to escape and punish those who were accusing them of witches. Bill knows who Phillip whittabane is, either from those witches or that he possibly influenced him into getting titans blood to make a portal to his nightmare realm. We know about the fate of the core thanks to this book as it seems that it might've invoked the axolotl and ended up in the theraprisim alongside bill, devouring Saturn, Cthulhu, a giant ear and a time wizard. Also its implied that amphibia is an alternate earth reality where frogs and other amphibians became the dominant species instead of humans. Ford might've visited it but its up for interpretation.
