not true at all. Never seen that in 30 years of driving in belgium.

In Germany it is totaly different 😅 You get a lot of signs or the track side is closed for a couple of metres before and behind the repair. Or if it is a small repair, you see a crew with an orange car and warning lights on the car and a sign on the car, that you have to change the lane and drive around the car..

Better than south africa... you at least get two signs
