Great video, just found your channel, and you seem like you're really on on the right track. Great video pacing and builds! One thing I noticed that I think would help is if you turn down the gain on your microphone (if you have the option, otherwise just moving it a little further away) because there were a number of times that it seemed to peak (the microphone is taking in more volume than your amplifier can handle) and clipping the signal (cutting off anything above the threshold of the amplifier), which caused some distortion of to your voice. Software that can record audio (even free stuff like OBS, Audacity, and Garageband) have a Green/Yellow/Red meter for your audio. A good rule of thumb is to set it up so that at your absolute loudest moments, you are only hitting the yellow section. One other thing to note about this, is that input gain is different from output volume, so if your recorded audio is going into the red and clipping, turning down the volume in editing so it stays in the green and yellow won't fix it.

One good idea (Maybe a bit redstone heavy) for a minigame would be having an escape room with 3-5 chambers: Each chamber has a different challenge. You're given 1 bow, 3 arrows and then inside the room you're not permitted to touch blocks of a certain type, then hide a button somewhere that can only be unlocked by either switching redstone components, or by doing parkour inside the room to find a discoloured button, shoot it to open the door (probably piston door) to the next room. Anyway, the castle is looking nice!
