DOA on Day 1. And others have been posting similar issues. I wanted to love it, but it seems to have very poor quality control.
Purchased from Lowes. I had no delivery issues with them. YMMV.
Yes I did try to reboot.
Tried a factory reset.
And I did realize later that to turn it off needs a single press.

I had given up on this level for several months. I decided to find strategies to beat it and then practice it. There are several you can use. Pick one and then become good at it. Mine was 1. Stay on the hill and destroy the first wave completely from above. I started with 0 grenades. 2. Use an HS39 for Wave 2. Collect as much ammo for it before the 2nd assault. 3.
