Nedschroef Machinery Detroit is the North American Sales and Service location for cold and warm forming headers designed and manufactured by Nedschroef Machinery based in Herentals, Belgium. We have integrated electronic servo motor technology to drive specific systems of the machine for the optimal accuracy and flexibility.

Unique way to hotform Inconel 12 point flange bolt (size ranges from 1/4" to 3/8". Heating temperature and location is adjustable by changing the feed length (increments of 0.01mm) and the heating time (msec). Pending the heating time the speed varies from 20 to 40 pcs/min.

Can this form machine make drop in anchor
Yes these machines can coldform and thread drop in anchors (or wedge anchors), we delivered a lot of these machines to Hilti, Fischer, MKT (Wurth) Mungo, ITW, Rawlplug/Koelner, Sormat and others. Pending the size of the machine we can coldform and thread drop in anchors from M6 x 40 up to M20 x 275. Pending the size of the machine and the size anchor we produce the speed is between 90 pcs/min (e.g. M20 x 275) and 160 pcs/min (e.g. M12 x 100). what sort of cooling oil are you using for forming? Interested how do you adjust transfer fingers in front the die section or with such dc transfer it isn't necessary?
@@hamibass4041 I’m using sulfur powder and oil mix. Also, i’m adjusting transfer fingers on the machine.
