Welcome to your quiet headspace! This channel is dedicated to creating relaxing and soothing sounds to put your mind at ease.
ASMR has long been an outlet for me. I’ve been addicted to getting tingles, and for the past 8 years, it’s been a part of my nightly routine. Now I’m finally putting out content of my own, and it feels great!

Let the games begin! You MUST follow these instructions to- hey don't talk back to me! okay fine you don't have to...to get ASMR tingles and fall deep deep deep into sleep. You may find this to be both soothing and chaotic at times, but in either case, I have faith you'll become very sleepy and relaxed.
