Plasmid Transformation into Agrobacterium cells
In this video we have used heat-shock transformaton methods to transfer the plasmid into agrobacterium cells. Due to short time there is some background noise in the video that cannot be removed. Hope we will polish our next video more carefully. Thanks

Transcription
Переглядів 372 роки тому
This video, I tried to explain easily how the information of DNA is transcribed to a mRNA via transcription process. Actually several enzymes involved in this process but the most important enzyme is RNA polymerase. Please watch this video and inform me in comments if you have any suggestions.

FISH | Fluorescent In-situ Hybridization
Переглядів 16 тис.4 роки тому
Fluorescent in-situ hybridization is a molecular technique uses fluorescent active probe to binds with DNA or entire chromosome. Probe binds complementary DNA sequence and emits signal which can be visualized under fluorescent microscope. Virology lab animated the entire procedure in this video. Please comment here and if you like our videos please subscribe to support.

thank you super helpful!!
You're welcome!
Ye vdo banaya kise thoda idea dijiye. 😢 mujhe assignment mila hai. Vdo banane ke liye
Thank you so much for the wonderful tutorial
🌹🌹🌹🌹🌹
Thanks
Very good U understand very well
This is very helpful. I have been using NEB's kit with JM109 cells and always have floating particles (cell debris) with the pellet after the neutralization of the lysis. Any suggestions to avoid this, or cause? Do your debris pellet well with this Qiagen kit? I am always getting genomic DNA contamination
Try to remove the growth medium (LB or other liquid media you used) perfectly. Then add extraction kit. Sometimes growth media remains in the tube (after centrifuze) and reduces the efficiency of kit. Hope you will not find floating cell debris.
I don’t find this video to be all that helpful, as it doesn’t actually explain what non-sense meditated RNA decay really does or the mechanism for it. I think it would have been better if there was a voiceover explaining what’s happening during each of the animations
www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/pmc/articles/PMC10141005/ I think this paper will help you to know detail about NMD mechanism. Here we described the detail mechanism with figure and explanation
Nice
Great vid man thanks❤ Bros you know stand he meant strand dont make a big deal its simple😅❤
Besides the typos, STRAND of DNA (but it doesn't matter for understanding the concept), the video doesn't explain the role of the RNA polymerase nor how the function of sense and antis-sense strands in gene expression. The animations are good though
Thank you so much for your advice. I will try to improve next based on your suggestion.
So you mean Strand? You keep saying stand
Topclass
Thanks
Thank you for the effort. The music should be removed though.
Thank you so much. I will remove all music from my next videos. It is a very good advice for me.
thanks
Most welcome.
I have a great idea. Let's run out a 30 second clip, and at the very end, put some text up for people to read and remove after 1 millisecond! Then lets have 5 seconds of a blank screen!
Thanks
Music makes it too hard to focus. Can't even finish watching the video
Heyy 😀
Hi, We will update it. Thanks for your reminder.
I’m literally super thankful ❤️
Woww
Thanks
Nice explanation 👍
Thanks 🙂
thanks for saving my time
Super
simple & straightforward
Best. In short time very Well Explained 👍
Nicely explained 👌
How denaturation is done , in which equipment and how the temperature is raised Do we use pcr
How is the complementary strand to the target sequence removed before hybridization Because it may happen that during hybridization or cooling, the target strand again bind to the complementary sequence instead of probe
Pretty straight forward! I like it!
Super helpful, thank you!
nice
well explained. thank you.
Thanks
Super
Thanks
how denaturation happen?
Normally in LAMP denaturation step is avoided by stand displacement reaction. Two stand displaced by an enzyme called Bst or Gsp DNA polymerase. The enzyme has high strand displacement activity. The whole reaction proceed at constant temperature +_ 65 degree Celsius. It helps LAMP to get out from temperature barrier over conventional PCR process.
