this is the second day of the weekend event put on by SCRAPEYARD! Today was the twin drift comp that was on super D layout then just some more fun driving.

SCRAPEYARD! hosted their second friendship cup event at USAIR and I was able to drive in it! they held an outstanding weekend of driving with a bunch of different layouts to drive and a lot of amazing drivers. Thank you to all the staffers and folks at scrapeyard for putting on such a memorable event.

My very first Private drift event and my third event overall was a great one! One day event held by Team Street Lust out of Minnesota brough a whole lot of rad people to the middle of nowhere, Shawano, Wisconsin to get down and drive a bunch of sick D cars. We get the clean chassis officially cut in half after drilling a heck of a lot of spot welds. Featuring the captain

In this video I go over more of the plan for how I’m disassembling the clean chassis. Trying to save as much of it for swapping to the purple chassis to be as smooth as possible. Just some explaining as to what my thoughts during it were and some time lapse of me doing it!

Finally cut the front of the foxbody shell off to get ready for the new front! Per usual just raw clips of the process put together with very simple editing. Stay posted for what comes next!

Added bracing to both the donor shell and the repair shell to be ready to cut apart. The black car was just a small add so it doesn’t want to twist at all and we know that front end is straight and the purple one gets an x brace so we can cut the fire wall and the floor and chassis stay close to where it is suppose to.

Installing this Chase Bays reverse mount hydro into my 1988 notchback drift car. Went with the reverse mount so it tucked under the dash more and went with inline to keep costs down as these cars are very easy to install pass through hydros. This video is only to show making my own bracket and setting up the hydro itself. No bleeding brakes or running brake lines are shown.
