Excellent and objective video. If you liked Serbian food, I suggest you visit the city of Nis (south of Serbia). Burek, ćevapi (barbecue) and many other specialties of southern Serbia are much tastier and at a higher level than in Belgrade. By the way, Niš is an important historical city dating back to the time of the Romans. Enjoy Serbia and have a great time.

@NoBSTravelChannel Nothing new, just renovating. They started from inside. One part will be business center the other will be apartments. Rustoraunt with a 360-degree view will also be renovated as well as outside fasade. Building was sold in December last year if I am not mistaken to private investor. The area around the building will be renovated by the city, including new parks. etc.

@NoBSTravelChannel They actually can't change much. This building is under architetual protection, so it needs to retain the same look ( as much as possible ). If you are interested, you can check videos on UA-cam of Sava Centar and Bigz buildings. Both finishing restautations about this time. Basically, they retained the same look ( replacing glass and all that is needful with rest remaining the same, even the color ) And Bigz building was built in early 20th century :)

Serbia is a terribly unpleasant country. If you go to Serbia, you give money to an ally of Russia.

Whilst I don't support Russia, at all, it's worth noting that the Serbian government need to play ball in order to join the EU. And whilst that's currently up in the air, we shouldn't blast the entire country. The people were very friendly, many I spoke to were against Russia's occupation of Ukraine.

Essentially it was a good 20 minutes of people shouting, crying etc. Started with a bang, emergency stop and some folks fell over. Anyway 10 minutes in and we start seeing staff run down the tunnel back and forth, not saying anything to us. This lady I was talking to started telling her son to smash the window and I shouted "WAIT!", and queue the conversation with her about the right time to smash a window. Anyway it was getting a bit more rowdy when the doors suddenly opened and we escaped! Not sure why it stopped though.
