haha cool video man!
thanks!
Thank you helpful
So glad!
I was in the same situation
true
GREAT conversation Alex -- and thanks for having me on the "show"!
I'll be honest I forgot people still watch TV. Aren't we all watching everything on our phones anyway?
We've had plenty of clients & people in the community share the struggle with TV! But you are not wrong, phones are surgically attached to most people nowadays.
Amazing video I will def be checking out the rest of your content thank you
thank you! glad you're here.
How?? Adhd people are intuitive extraverts. They are impulsive and energetic. They alle like coziness Autism = thinking introvert Narcism = thinking extravert HSP = intuitive introvert
Introversion/extroversion is not about impulsivity and being energetic. It's about where you get your energy. Introverts get energy from being alone. Extroverts get energy from being around others. There are outgoing introverts and shy extroverts.
im self ENFP (53% extravert) and ADHD with HSP. and had an ex gf with ADHD and narcism. And i notice that she was far more extravert...
@@davidz3848 Personality is complicated. Again, introvert/extrovert is about where you get your energy. Don't base your opinion off one or two people. You CAN be introverted and have ADHD.
Narcissism and extrovert are two different things . Extrovert are social is normal even whe some introvert .
Infj and adhd
I pray to a Holy God that heals. Not just any ol god
Keep posting Catholic videos! I struggle to pray
Bro I've been diagnosed for thirteen or fourteen years now with ADHD and even im still figuring it out T.T there is always more to learn!!! It is absolutely a battle, and you will never be able to fully figure it all out. Always gonna be a struggle, but it's our struggle and we will find ways to manage it.
super helpful tips, thank you so much!! definitely needed this 🥲
Yay! Glad you found it helpful! Check out our blog, course, or ebook for more help!
You can do it! :)

I left a comment here but I don't think it went through because I accidentally put my laptop on airplane mode 🤦
Oh no!
Good job man have fun on your break 🎉
Im an introvert with ADHD
💪 *Promo sm*
As an introvert with ADHD, I confirm we do indeed exist lol
Awesome. I was 13 when I first tried to write a book and now Im...way over 40 and READY TO GO
LET'S GOOOOOO!
🔥🔥🔥. Have a good week too!
Good luck and stay healthy
Thanks! I love seeing your comments on my videos!
"The book doesn't have ADHD, I have ADHD." lol that's funny
yes... I started feeling bord with just thinking of writing but I know it's ADHD but I'm pushing through with a friend..good luck I'll start thinking like professional
YES! The friend idea is great! Keep it up.
You are doing great man 😊.. also if you are writing in this way it is closer to brainstorming/plotting/ exploring so you can have a note on the side where you track what you wrote as points so if need to adjust tou can go through that instead of the main body
You are doing well, you can write but it is difficult especially with adhd because you are learning but after trying alot it becomes easy because you did alot. Keep going and don't think of what you did in the past and what you need to do in the future, just be praise your self for being present. And yes sleep better but your brain might be making feeling sleepy because writing is difficult and it doesn't want to work 😂 I believe plotting is everything for adhd because you get lost eventually so these some resources ua-cam.com/video/AKezNZUO2b4/v-deo.htmlsi=vTqvt80ydNO0gfeJ ua-cam.com/play/PLmXPKa1VDXLaMbjJeWUu5QVrkPVv2leHB.html&si=fncKb6kt1hNU2ewH
I also love shorth chapters !!!
Looking forward to following along your new book writing journey, Alex!
Thats really good. thanks. Management plan... hmm look forward to more on that one (-;
Thanks thats good. I can relate
Thank you so much for this info! I'm going to see if it's something that my son would be interested in.
Alex, this was delightful. I learned so much. Your detailed explanation of Improv and How it Helps Someone with ADHD--all the skills needed to do improv well overlap with the skills that someone with ADHD needs to practice and improve. Because of the energy and the commitment to the process of improv, people learn these skills in an unobtrusive, fun way. Great job!
Thank you!
Yes it’s a riot 😢
Oh god… Is this why? As an adult I can swear I have some type of adhd but I have never been hyperactive during childhood. I did hyper focus on things I was interested in and had trouble finishing home-works, always have been a last minuter and really do not have a concept of time passing by. So I thought since I was not hyperactive I can not possibly have adhd…
It's possible you have the inattentive type of ADHD
Any tips for researching inattentive adhd? I’ve been looking everywhere and it’s mostly hyperactive
The Inattentive ADHD Coalition is a good source of information. www.iadhd.org Otherwise, I have inattentive ADHD, so my blogs and videos are going to be skewed towards inattentive ADHD. However, it is a bit difficult finding info just on the inattentive type
@@resetadhd Ah tysm :)
This is still such a unknown thing and it’s hard to explain to people that it isn’t personal. I’ve had to deal with this my whole life and didn’t until recently understand why my brain and mind worked the way they did, it was a relief to know that I’m not just crazy but sad to see that it’s still so hard for so many to understand :/ has ruined many friendships and social event. And also has gotten much harder over the years to be able to manage myself and I am no longer able to really handle long events or anything, it sounds pathetic even to me but I don’t know how to train myself to be able to handle these things, and it’s next to impossible to find someone who can truly help. A solo battle that is impossible to win, that’s how I feel most times.
Not really timers, but TV shows. I get addicted to watching TV & the day goes by without me doing anything productive. SO, what works for me is sort of like a timer, but I watch only shows with commercials. For example, I have Hulu ( with ads) & when those ads come on, I usually have 2 min. So I run & strip the bed & throw in washer...or I'll do the trash. For bigger tasks, I break it into small tasks. Mopping the kitchen- I'll do 1/4 of the kitchen in 2 min, then wait until next commercial for another 1/4. This also makes me do things in super fast mode- like a competition with myself & the TV. That way I can binge watch & still be productive...It just needs to be broken up in small tasks!
Yes I have ADHD and i’m an introvert
I use timers when are does two things at a time.
I use Timeglass on my iPhone. It’s with me wherever I’m at, therefore, I constantly have a timer with me. But I don’t use them to time myself. I use them to remind me what time it is. Setting time limits only adds stress to my day and makes me much less productive.
Exactly. It poses as a constructive ticking bomb 💣. Giving a 3 week review One more thing, I feel the handy timers are better than the mobile phone and smart watch timers too.Have tried all three and found this as the winner 🏆
I find that I'm a introvert and then sometimes my ADHD kicks in and I go crazy then I calm down and my battery dies
And my GP said I'm not ADHD coz I'm not talkative and don't have this over bubbly personality. So she was so wrong! In schools my teachers always called me a space cadets. In university, hmmm I dropped out and never finished my studies in three different universities. I don't like lengthy lectures and boring assignments! My life has always been up there inside my head. And I'm so introvert. But my mind is a chaotic mind. I can't organized my executive function, wait! What is executive function?!
I got fired from my last job cuz i was on my phone i told them i was addicted to Google lol
God made it clear you had adhd ?
Not really. It wasn't like he spoke to me. I was just trying to pray and couldn't focus which led me to get tested for ADHD.
@@resetadhd i sometimes cannot Pray i can't concentrate even when I pray in front of the blessed holy sacrament

I’m an introverted with adhd because people don’t understand me so I choose to be alone most of the time because people judge me
I'm watching this while at work lol
Yo ✌️
Yes, I'm living proof😎
