This is how to release the T90 locked out shutter, "Black Cursor" issue with the Canon T90. It is not a fix for the EEE issue but in some cases can also work at fixing that too.
The internet has always been a source of great help to me so I thought I'd pay some forward. It took me way too long to find a fix for this and I hope this is useful for others. There might be people who can do full strip down repairs, this is aimed to help photographers keep their beloved T90s going. Enjoy.
You will need:
Some small magnets.
A metal rod to use with the magnets.
A PH00 screwdriver.
Inserting the rod with the magnets attached (where illustrated) will provide the shutter release magnet, a boost and re-activate it.
