Defense Moveset: Calm Mind Reflect Light Screen Dazzling Gleam Next is, Armaldo: Item: Leftovers Ability: Battle Armor Ev's: 252 HP, 252 Defense/Sp.Defense, 4 Speed Impish Nature Moveset: Aqua Jet Swords Dance Knock Off Brick Break Excradrill Held item: Stealth Rock Ability: Sand Rush Ev's: 4Hp, 252 Attack, 252 Speed Jolly Nature Swords Dance Earthquake Iron Head Sandstorm Next, Aggron Held item: Leftovers Ev's: 252 Hp, 252 Defense, 4 Special Defense Impish Nature Curse Iron Head Earthquake Fire Punch/Ice Punch Next, Archeops Held Item: Focus Sash Ability: Defeatist (Archeops is basically a support in this case, befause of Tailwind and Stealth Rock, Stealth rock for cancelling any Focus Sash and Tailwind since everyone else is basically slow and wont outspeed many fast threats) Ev's: In the video, It says 4 Hp, 252 Atk, 252 Speed but since Archeops has Defeatist it isnt recommended for any damaging and it doesnt even have much good damaging moves in the video's moveset, if you want a more offensive archeops it is completely fine with the 252 Atk and speed Ev's. So, Its better for the Ev's to be 252 Hp/Defense and 252 Speed and 4 Sp.Defense. Adamant Nature Moveset: Stealth Rock U-Turn Knock Off Tailwind And finally, The ace of the team Metagross Held item: Metagrossite Ability: Tough Claws Ev's: 4 Hp, 252 Atk, 252 Speed Adamant Nature Magnet Rise Power-Up Punch Thunder Punch Bullet Punch. Here are some recommendations to improve this team’s versatility and effectiveness, especially in PvP settings where adaptability is crucial. --- Suggested Changes and Upgrades 1. Claydol Role Enhancement: Consider replacing Calm Mind with a status move like Toxic or a STAB attack like Psychic. Toxic allows Claydol to chip down tanky opponents, while Psychic provides consistent damage. Held Item: Light Clay is fine for extended screens, but if screens aren’t working as intended, Leftovers can add sustain. Alternative: Clefable (Magic Guard ability) can be a solid screen setter that also has reliable recovery with Soft-Boiled. It offers team utility with moves like Thunder Wave or Wish support. 2. Armaldo Moveset Adjustments: Brick Break is useful for screens but situational. Consider replacing it with Stone Edge or Rock Blast for STAB coverage and a way to hit Flying types hard.
