Why didn't I know this? I just realized that Mario updated his favorite way to tackle ED and it's crazy! Although what he previously talked about was pretty decent, it was difficult to follow, I just go'ogled the latest in Mario Volpstein's Erections at Will, it's so much simpler and potent now!
Where does this stud work at? Asking for a friend.
Very well explained 👏🏽

Check out Zopec battery for our Hfov it’s so cool and portable.
Barf bag! And always bring bottled water. My worst ride i was nauseous needed to drink water and all i can drink was normal saline. Have a safe and smooth ride.
Thank you
When doing the Pre - Use Check Out I notice the low cal is also done simultaneously. Is the High Cal done once a month? Can you explain what an auto purge is? Your video was very helpful thank you so much!
Is a therapy matchine ? Im. Sorry for the dump question. But this is the first time seeing that matchine...
It’s the new VOLERA machine, it’s the new metaneb. Thank you for asking
How do you set your MAP alarm on that calibration?
Those are the switches right below 👇 the MAP 2 above and 2 below. Hope that helps. Thank you
happy birthday
HELLO. I NEED HELP WITH ATTCH THE INO CIRCUIT TO THE HFOV. AND SET THE INO MATCHINE, CAN YOU MAKE A VIDEO ON IT. PLEASE.

Please can you do the filtered circuit?
Thank you 😊, I will put it on the list. It will take a little time, but I don’t see why not
@@juliogarciart2200 Thank you!

I'm sorry but this man is cute
I’ll make sure he knows that 😀
All your videos are really helpful. Can you do videos on basics of ventilator. In addition, cardiac - especially ecg. Thanks a lot
I’ll try, I have no time, so new video’s are hard to come by. Thank you for your support, I’ll keep your suggestions and attempt to make new videos
Thank you so much
Man julio, I taught you to use a flow inflating bag for curosurf administration, not a finger over a wye. I am thoroughly disappointed in you. Hehe
😂 use your imagination 💭
I love how you teach each part of the system. You make look so easy. Thank you for teaching me how to assemble each part and Calibrate the Nitric. Best in service I every had. Carol
Thank you! I never pursued the field and I finally decided to go back and just need to take the CSE. This is definitely refreshing my memory!
Thank you; I’m trying to plan more videos. Just trying to build a platform

Great video. I’m new in Cath Lab and this is one of many equipments we use for Rt Heart Cath. Can you show how to properly use this on a non-ventilated adult pts? What settings do you normally use? Thanks
That’s a tricky one ☝️, but I like the idea 💡. I think will explore that idea later this year cause we noticed more people using it off the ventilator, thank you

I noticed you didn't use the 2nd foam piece when placing the prongs. Have you noticed a difference between using no foam piece versus 1 or 2? Also, how do you maintain positive pressure with the babies mouth left open? Do you utilize a chin strap?
Good question 🙋♂️, according to the manufacturer he recommended no foam piece BC having a 2mm gap is better to visualization of any breakdown. We 1st asses if we can maintain the neonates mouth close with positions and only use chin straps a last resort, BC you don’t want to block the natural pop off valve for pressure. I hope this answers your questions.
Thank you It’s really helpful Can you just add How to use hfov for adults
that would be separate video, Just to avoid confusion. Thank you
what do I connect this too? a oxygen floor concentrator?
To the flow meter, or a concentrator should be efficient if it can reach up to 15LPM
Appreciate your time and efforts which was easy to understand. Thanks again
Thank you 😊
U have saved my life once again! Thank you :)
Why?
Such an easy way to remember how to interpret
This was an amazing demonstration! Very thorough & straightforward. As one other person commented it's the best one I've found thus far on UA-cam & I've been searching for a long time.Thank you for your service & new subscriber!
Thank you as soon as I get time I’ll be adding more videos
Hi what do you think of using piston technology and being capable of manipulating stroke volume rather than amplitude?
Honestly, I don’t know yet. Give me a week to adequately look into the information and give you a medically informed opinion. Thank you 🙏🏽 for asking a question.
@@juliogarciart2200 being in medical equipment industry, I came across a machine called Metran Hummingvue from Japan which is piston based. I'm glad to receive a response from you. Your opinion would be very helpful.
