Chris Bangle and Steve Jobs sound exactly alike. Very Californian.
I ❤ my 135i
That GM garbage at the end!
God it's ugly
Terrible looking cars
A genius, no doubt. Brilliant.
He(Chris Bangle) looks like a younger version of the Million Doller Man Ted DiBiase 🤣
When bmw was wird but good looking european cars, now bmw looks so chinese or too mas asian in the design
Asians will love it.
Most important question: why do we need this?
failure. too many lines already
That is NOT a 1977 2002.
best looking BMW in a really long time, all the other ones are boring and look the same.
Bangle is an awesome designer. A shame the current BMW's aren't designed by him.
This car and the the E92 3 Series Coupe are the only cars that Bangle designed well. All his other designs are trash.
@1:25... Just how we, Most men look at Women!!! And you can learn about it!! HAHA!!
live this bmw
1 series looks so much better in person. For some reason it's very difficult to take a decent picture of it.
As a E82 owner I have to admit that this is a real struggle! Car looks incredible in person but strangely narrower in picture.
@@bestiarara I miss my 135. I've got an M340 now, but that 135 was a special car.
@@Leester-70 freaking buy it again.
I like him,'coz, he was doing his job really emotionally!!!
what a waste of a great opportunity. the 1 series looks so ubiquitous, so boring. they should have made it a retro design based off the e30 or the 2002tii. what a piece of crap design, no wonder they're not selling as projected.
I attended a lecture by Chris Bangle in Bangkok at Chulalongkorn University four years ago. Art history and car design. A good lecture. Now is no longer with BMW. What's Bangle designing these days? John K. Lindgren Mr Carsanook Bangkok
He's running Chris Bangle Works in Pecker Tuscany Italy.
@@ChrisPatrick-q6k Thanks. BMW Motorrad greetings from sunny tropical Thailand 🇹🇭 This one built in THAILAND. ua-cam.com/video/ktZEIvKTfTw/v-deo.htmlsi=r8Z_OO23UKc76mrF
Chris Bangle...you either love him or hate him.
jjyoooo you're talking Nonsense! the image of sporty luxury cars is increasing in all surveys AND the layout of the cars! audi is even copying the bmw design, so WTF? the X1 will KILL the Q3 (to come!), the X3 sells and sold far better then the Q5-buggy-crap and the X5 is the SUV of the year...sry, no Q7 mammooth 2Bfound! X6 and M1 are prototypes to show, what BMW can do...and they RULE! the X6 is a sporty SUV (first ever!) and the M1 is a lookout to how they'll kill R8s... jealousy...
beautiful car. it's not easy to design a small car look so good proportionally sound.
Thanks to Chris Bangle they are.. He's murdering the BMW.
BMW Das Design Unverwechselbar markant und dynamisch Agilität und Dynamik auf Anhieb erkennbar Signale für Kraft Horizontale Linien
but.. only, flying is still better! ;)
Yea really. BMW sucks, Audi rules. BMW used to be good, but they've lowered their image with crap like the X1, X3, X6, M1 Concept, 1 series and that ugly crap new 7 series.
How about LEXUS. Why doesn’t it sell in Thailand 🇹🇭 with all the millionaires and billionaires.? Johnny BikeSanooK! ua-cam.com/video/ktZEIvKTfTw/v-deo.htmlsi=r8Z_OO23UKc76mrF
oh really?
never before heard the 2002 referred to as a "2K2" but i like it. the 1 is a beautiful car. been waiting for this since the cs1 concept was revealed years ago. glad it stayed more or less true to the concept.
i think its more related to "K" letter, it means = thousand. So 2000 =its 2k, and model version "2",so it sounds 2k2 :D
