A fantastic hidden gem that I found when staying in Hong Kong recently in Shek Tong Tsui. Owned by Shiva, from Nepal, the bar is run by his wife Nirmala. Mainly ex-pats but also many locals. Prices are reasonable and the food excellent.

On Saturday I was able to visit the West Lancs Light Railway that a mate, who worked there, had recommended. It was a special Steam Train weekend so plenty to see and do.

A short film of my Home Town taken in 1962 showing the High Street, Bus terminal, Ferry Gardens, Ferry Boat and short harbour trip (Submarine was HMS Artemis which sank at its moorings at HMS Dolphin in 1971), Bay House and Grammar School and Stokes Bay.

It has just been announced that this Theatre that has been empty for quite a while has been purchased and the new owners have said they will try and recreate the 1950's scenario. Some views showing changes since I first filmed from trams since 1963!
