Our scientific, yet holistic approach allows you to tackle chronic injuries from the ground up, ensuring long-term success by correcting the body’s movement patterns rather than just addressing symptoms.

PX Testimonial- Richard Shoulder Pain
Looks like a place you get scammed hard as hell at.
You're a dick
come through
I think I heard a knee pop/crack sound lol
I much prefer Kendall’s
This is good for my recovering broken elbow. 9 weeks out from original injury. Thanks.
Yes, it's perfect for it because it is low risk and just help move the body is a rhythmic manner!
Learn to use your mic or put it in a better place
too late, too lazy
This is interesting but can you explain what the benefits are for including the wedge?
Thanks, you guys are great!
Nice one
Do you put wedges in the shoe how does this work
You do not. You use the wedges to help your nervous system create new patterns that should stay permanently so you never need to rely on something external in your foot like orthotics
thankkkssss. i can feel the pain going awayyy
👍👍
This looks amazing!
I dislike both...they are overlying exaggerated and dumb. When women do things specifically because they are trying to be a girl its goofy.
Amazing! Thank you!
This was an engaging and necessary conversation!
Awesome
Thank you for just doing the move and not blathering for 15 minutes like EVERY other presenter on YT!
Damn, you aint tryna hear me talk? =(
Very nice!
Excellent I was limping when I was walking but after doing this stretch improvement is amazing
crazy!
It works for me - I felt some relief immediately!
Interesting thoughts. Not a bad analogy.
Where can I get this?
Awesome video. Straight to the point!!
Appreciate it!
If i didn’t know better, id say this is Harry Styles!
Very useful because a pacient cannot sit on the floor, is tooo far away from the standing up position.
How long do I stay in this position and how many times do I repeat it during the day?
yes
Doesn't work for me. Best is turn the affected side's foot out on a right angle, facing away, and swing the leg back with the affected side's foot still at a right angle. Thanks for your efforts.
You left me in a different dimension with this one. Sorry it didn't work for you!
Terrible volume controls used. Outdoor not hear anything
Why you gotta call me out like that??? =(
The audio is very poor. Can’t hear what you are saying.
@@krishohman750 damn, im about re-record this one for y'all complaining ass
@@phyzixpt 😭😩
What is the exact mechanism of these products? Which specific muscles do they release and how so exactly?
Suboccipitals. Prolonged pressure can give the nervous system a signal to take tension off that area. It's not 100% it will work for everyone, but I've seen good results personally for my clients.
The best. I have one my partner got me for my occipital neuralgia
yes! glad it worked!
Where can I get this?
@@muruganshanmugam424 Amazon!
I wish I could see which side he used.
The side with the soft edge. 😉
Looks cool. Can’t wait to try it!
Sir you put in some work to post this video and I'm sure you want your channel to grow. Explain why you just are doing lunges on a book. Talk about bio mechanics. Say how it's useful. Talk about the variations you can make to it and how to make it harder. Maybe even give some reference to what is a normal amount to do because it could be sets of 20 or sets of 200
I actually use this channel as a reference for the clients I serve. My clients are people who wants to stay active, but are dealing with nagging aches and pains. My company is a hybrid between physiotherapy and training so they can get the best of both worlds. These videos are not uploaded to grow my channel. Maybe in the future I will do some "real" youtube videos, but right now it is serving as an exercise library so I want to keep them short. All those specific details are explained to them in person. I can't normalize a rep range as each person is different. If you're interested in the nitty gritty behind these variations, I can point you to the right people to learn.
@@phyzixpt fair enough. Idk why youtube brought me to your channel in the feeds but good luck with your practice.
Lol cool man. What if I do 450lb calf raises already? Can I put 5/4 of my body weight on one leg?
These exercises are designed with a more rehab focus. This one in particular requires good positioning. You can be strong in less than optimal positions. You can calf raise 450lb and still have pain running. But if you’re not in pain and just want to get strong and big, you can probably skip this one completely. Haha
You should inhale as you go down as your chest is expanding and you can generate more force on the way up when you exhale
You're absolutely right! However, I made this exercise with the specific breathing pattern for some of my clients who are dealing with shoulder problems. When you inhale with the weight coming up, you can draw air into different parts of the ribcage, which will affect the relationship between the ribcage, scapula, and shoulder joint. For people with healthy bodies, definitely breathe out with the pull to generate more force!
Thanks!
Thanks Jia!
