TEAR is an electro-rock machine from Prague, which is sailing over czech and european stages for almost 20 years. The core is built around singer and composer Zdenek Vovesny, current lineup is completed by guitarist Tomas Kovarik and drummer Radek Vlk.

They’ve released two LPs so far : “Clear Message” (2007) a “Nuclear Weapons Shop” (2011), and recently some singles, like “Never Stop” or “Something is Coming”. All songs are available on common streaming platforms (Spotify, Apple Music…).

Amongst dozens of gigs over entire Czech Republic and Slovakia, TEAR performed also on biggest genre events in Europe, like Wave Gotik Treffen or Castleparty.

The band is currently working on new material, where it could - apart from punchy and melodic music - offer not only known batches of “Czechglish” or “Francais from Google”, but also several songs completely in Czech.
