What better for big accounts. 1 million or more. CFD or future and isn't it with CFD you are more likely trading against your broker who is going to make the money you lose over the long run.

Am I the only one thinking that the biggest reason professional traders win more is because they have a risk manager that taps them on the shoulder and gets them out of trading before they blow up themselves? Wish these on line prop firms can do the same thing. Sadly, most of them are taking off the daily loss limit because they are realizing the gamblers who blow accounts up keep coming back to pay them more for the evaluations and activation fees

So forex currency pair is mostly CFDs but if you want to trade currency pairs with orderflow then you need to trade futures currency pairs.

It is not about the money for me right now, it is about the overall profitability, consistency, etc. I have still yet to find the so-called "profitable strategy". Yes, I know it won't be the holy grail, but I want something that works in the long run. Something that WILL produce a positive equity curve. That is what I would still call a holy grail. For me, a holy grail is any strategy that produces a positive equity curve. That's easier said than done. The market is chaotic and random. How tf do you make money in randomness?

This is a very interesting way of using ATR!

The city traders prop conditions suck. You can’t even withdraw funds until you are forced to make 30 successive trades. If you look it’s actually one of the worst out there. Loads of cheap tricks and conditions to prevent you from withdrawing, but force you to not stop trading. It’s funny really. The prop firm model relies on you failing. It’s literally how it works.

you make it so complicated and use unnecessary oscillators... professionals don't use indicators. if ur new, start off using this course www.youtube.com/@elitedaytradingacademy then if you want to trade without indicators, do this.. switch to the bars, wait for bar to be a bear bar at the top of a swing, it must make a higher high than the bull bar, and must make a lower close that the bull bar to its left. enter short. only close out the trade if the proceeding bars do not close under the low of the previous low. if you're a few bars in profit now after entry and you notice the close didn't close under the low of the previous bar, start moving your SL into profit and wait for the close of a bar close within the body of the previous bar, ie, doesn't close under the previous body's close.... exit, or let SL you moved into profit, get hit, and wait for a re-entry :) repeat and spin... this I dubbed the "Knock On Effect" and works brilliantly for binary options as well.
