I'm from the US but have been living in Japan since 2015. I missed growing my own food, and wished to have a garden like my grandparents and their parents. I started to garden in my Tokyo rental's parking spot and tiny balcony. Now, we have more than 5,000 square meters (about 1.25 acres) of farmland, more "mountain forest" (though with few trees, for now), and we're working on making our dreams a reality. With my wife, we will work on growing, preserving, trading, and selling our food. This process will be documented on UA-cam as best we can.

I will upload videos about farming, DIY, and general countryside life including both success and failure. Let's learn together!
