Hello I also do pest control I own my pest control company in South Texas. What product works best for you for Perimeter Treatments
Depends what you’re trying to control. Best products we’ve used are, Termidor, FastCap, and One Guard.
Nice!! I have never used one Guard
Works great for mosquitoes and many other pests. Last long but it is expensive.
How do you like your job so far? I have been offered a pest control job that pays 2 twice a month at 15 percent production pay. In your opinion is this a good pay structure?
That’s decent. It depends how they’re pricing their services and how big your route would be dollar wise. That will give you an idea of what you could earn. We however, pay hourly, plus commission and bonuses.
Would you recommend this over flowzone typhoon 2.5 for home use pest control? I like that on typhoon 2.5 you can adjust psi from very low to 115 but microburst has only 2 settings 75 and 115, isn't it too much for some applications when you don't want a lot of psi?
Did you buy and extra adjustable nozzle? I just bought this unit new and it doesn't come with an adjustable nozzle, just 3 different non-adjustable nozzles.
Yes, we use the white and or green power washer nozzles for these units.
So how has this been working out for mosquito treatments? I’m looking at picking up a couple of these for this spring to use instead of a bigger gas blower misters for fatigue purposes. I’d love to hear your feedback.
Works great for mosquitoes and general pest control. Half of my technicians, prefer this sprayer vs the larger more powerful FlowZones. For the price, these can’t be beat.
Would you recommend this misting treatment for interior pesticide application, i.e. skirting boards, around windows, etc. Im worried this thing has too much juice, i feel the lowest setting still isnt low enough. Thanks.
I would switch to a white 40 degree tip for interior treatments with this unit but it can work for sure.
How this sprayer works until now?, I can't decide which one to buy, typhoon comes with an extra battery for 337.99, and xtrem clean is in Clearance sale for 129.99
At $129 it’s a steal and a great unit. Best for smaller applications or a backup rig.
I'm still trying to figure out why they don't publish the PSI for each setting. We need to know this stuff. The way I see it you don't know anymore about your setting with V2.5 as you did with V2 because they don't publish the PSI for each setting...you just get 5 clicks now vs no clicks with the V2. This makes no sense to me.
I have the same XClean unit, the 3 tip sizes are micron numbers for the tip hole size for misting, not degree spread of nozzle. Yes, this sprayer adapts to almost any use and nozzle setup, whether indoors or outdoors.
As a professional tech pest control I am going too give it a try .just have lots of decks I have too get too and b ng get too be a drag
Tint percentage?
20%
Where can I purchase those sweet green gloves 👍🏻
You can find them on Amazon. The brand is called GloveWorks.
@@allurepestmanagement9219 - Thank you sir!
Has anyone checked to see if the flowzone is compatible with makita batteries
I have not
I have the first gen Flowzone with the low/high switch and it has given me nothing but problems after six months of use. The straps were crap and the wand leaked after a month. Time to try one of these.
You’ll like it
... And now the pump went out on my first gen Flowzone. I ordered a Typhoon 2.5 yesterday. Can't wait to get it
Thanks for the review. Your review lacks specific psi numbers for the
Psi wasn’t provided. I believe it starts with 15-25 psi on click 1 and goes up to 120 psi on the final click.
May I ask you a question?
Idk why the se version has a double exhaust and the apex does not
Hello - does it say on the unit or in the manual what the psi is for each preset - And if not what psi do you think each one is? - Thx for the video
I believe it’s 15-25 psi starting then goes to 120 psi.
Is there enough ground clearance to avoid scraping on driveways
Yes, oddly it’s fine.
Good to see and hear a review of this product from a professional. Thank you.
Thanks for watching!
Doesnt shoot high enough to do a proper mosquito service
Yes it does.
useless
GREAT Review, i just bought my 2.5, cant wait to use it this coming week. gotta love your diamond back cover also!!
Thank you!!
Is there a stop at 0 or does the dial turn freely all the way around? Can you set an intermediate pressure in between the clicks?
It’s stops at 0. No intermediate pressure
Looks great but performance is pathetic for that cost.
Agree
The car turns off when the door is opened after remote starting as an anti-theft measure. Also that must be an XSE feature as my SE doesn't seem to have it :(
Trim level doesn’t define the feature. It’s related to the radio. You have to have the upgraded head unit that has HD radio and SiriusXM built in. It is built into the head unit I guess. Most don’t have it because it’s typically a feature that’s configured when you custom order a Corolla, XSEs are rare to begin with. I have an SE and you can get it with the upgraded stereo, but again it’s something that is not typically configured by Toyota unless you order it that way.
Hmmm spraying Flowering bushes
Must live in California
* Pest control
Most synthetic pyrethroids are safe for plants but I generally avoid treating flowering shrubs due to pollinating bees getting nectar from them
He is just spraying water to test the spray pattern and to see how the machine is working.
How much are your payments?
I didn’t finance it but it I did it would have been around $300
Where is it manufactured? Flowzone wouldn't specify when I asked, they would only say "overseas", which is usually code for China.
Not sure.
Sounds like my brother's 05 camry from the inside
Looks like there are a lot more fluid volume markings on the 2.5 than were on the 2V?
There are! I noticed that after I made the video. Super helpful too.
Xse apex
Just got this one about a week ago to replace a My4Sons battery backpack sprayer, leaked like crazy no matter how much Teflon tape I used on the fittings. Video was good timing for me as first real use will be this weekend. Looks like I can stay on the one setting. Looks like an impressive backpack sprayer. I am hoping that sometime in the future FlowZone comes out with a true concrete style gun as an attachment.
Awesome! Thanks for watching.
I have the V2 model without the 5 specific settings and can't determine what the pressure is for the variable settings. Does Flowzone publish the pressure rating for the 5 settings? I'm going to fabricate a pressure gauge to work with mine at some point. I agree these are great sprayers, especially with TeeJet nozzles.
I don’t believe they specify the amount per click.. I know the first one starts at 8 psi and the last is 115 psi. Hope that helps! Thanks for watching.
@@allurepestmanagement9219 Thanks for the feedback.
Wow! Love the color
So good!
Thanks for the thorough review, Jason! We're happy to see you're enjoying the new sprayer so far. We're looking forward to hearing more of your feedback as you get the chance to use the Typhoon 2.5 in the field.
Of course! Thanks for putting out such a great product.
One of the other reviews said that the gun drips. Is that true?
Actually, I just realized that I see absolutely no dripping in the video..thx
@@curtiseverett1671 we have 10 sprayers and I have one sprayer that drips very slightly. All the other do not drip.
Make more video of car bro , you are good at it
Nice , I got the same car but in black and seeing this video , you have show me something that i didnt know and that is remote start and that is crazy , thank u for that info and yes it bounce alot in bumbs but looking at it im the only one with a Apex where a live if im not mistaken.
Glad you learned a little something!
@@allurepestmanagement9219 May I ask you a question
Looks gorgeous. It's the XSE trim, not XLE. 120 of the 6000 Apex models made are manual transmission. How much did you end up paying for this beauty?
29k out the door
