hello, my 2008 dodge ram 1500 6V squeaks and I was told that the tensioner/pulley has to be replaced. But I got very worried because I heard that there is a 2nd tensioner that may require to remove the front of the truck (with radiator and alternator) to be replaced. I still don't know which tensioner but could this worse-case scenario be true?

Always want to pack your bearings full of grease even if it’s new. I learned the hard way when I installed my first one and had to remove it after it didn’t fix the squeak. Brand new one had 0 grease in it

Anyone have their 4x4 stop working after they did this? Mine did. It was in 4x4 when I reset. Both lights flashed then turned off (4x4 and belt light), Now 4x4 does not work. 4x4 worked flawlessly prior to reset. Anyone have any suggestions?

The tensioner plus pulley is 90 bucks or you can get the kit it consist of a tensioner with the p u LLY and a belt 4 a buck 40 Plus the government. For those that don't know, make sure to put it on correctly or it will wear twice as fast. One more thing most important... If you drink don't drive and if you drive don't drink

What does limp mode do to bike my problem is she starts but i cant rev it any idea

I was a bit skeptical at first when the replacement part came in because it was so hard to remove but one it came of I was able to push the new end onto the existing wire and in less than 10 minutes had the new antenna screwed onto the new mount. I would really recommend people use electrical or duct tape to make sure the cable doesn't separate from the new mount. Thanks for the video!

I put this project on hold cause it was such a pain to to replace the whole antenna mount. it took some effort to slide the new one in even with silicon grease.
