Introducing another FailSafe-ERA facilitator of Courage to Change at the Rappahannock Regional Jail (RRJ). Mr. Fred Nunez is a former RRJ staff member whose passion has always been rehabilitation and stopping the revolving door. He says it bothered him to see so many of those guys return after their release. His goal is to help them change their mindset.
