Is your right heel not exposed to the heel hook ?
No. My knee line position is out from his control therefore he does not have any leverage to finish the heel hook.
@@MugenJiuJitsu Mikey specifically addresses this and does not leave the right foot exposed to the side like that. He uses the ball of his foot to press against the opponents lower rib cage. It not only keeps his foot safe, but it makes it difficult for the opponent to sit up.
hi abang will the gi keep shrinking after several wash & dry?
Hi Canon. Depending on how you wash & dry it. Direct exposure to the sun will cause more shrinking. Usually I’ll dry it in my room with fan or areas with no direct expose to the sun

I think the best way is to go to your nearest tailor to fix it 😂

You can hair dryer but you need to press on it on & off. Most probably it would help
