Just flew business class from LA to MNL today. To me, It’s all business, no class.. Service is good though, ofcourse ! Love what’s in the menu. Food was great. But overall, it’s not worth the money. The tv is not within reach..the chair was Ok, it reclined to a bed . I expect it to be much better for the price. .. there’s no privacy.. will try Singapore next time.. Will give PAL 6 of 10.

Why would you think packaging would guarantee cleanliness? The seat isn't covered in packaging yet that wasn't mentioned. Think of all the old bums which have sat, sweated and farted on that seat...

Nicest people, but official people dont invest in their products rather in their pockets. I rather fly others yhan PA not well maintained and 15 years behind industry but better than north korean air

Ive flown PAL, Aseana, American Airlines and JAL business class, I can say PAL is at the bottom. For me JAL and Aseana are tied on top.

Judy 0..0 The purser on my PAL MNL - YVR flight (in business class) was Judy too..not sure if they are the same person but the Judy on my flight was good too...PAL Business Class is bit old but still give me a decent amount of sleep, the crews were very attentive and friendly. Food was decent, I had halu halu instead of ice cream... I didn't expect to have halu halu in the flight, it was quite interesting... I only had halu halu when I used to live in Toronto.

PAL SUCKS ASS WORST ASIAN CARRIER PERIOD! WORST BIZ CLASS NON EDIBLE FOOD, TAKEN IT OVER 2 DOZEN TIMES. OLD NOISY PLANES DOUBLE ROW UNCOMFORTABLE SEATS SWITCHED TO UNITED FOR NONSTOP TO MANILA, NOT THE BEST BUT FAR BETTER THAN PAL.

This is only premium economi class 2+3+2 is not business class....

Star Alliance is way better than United Polaris lounges..I wish PAL would get newer planes,but then the price would also go way up..

Their 777 hard product, particularly the 2-3-2 seating config is terribly dated. 👎🏽

Some of these crew have a chip on their shoulder attitude n the eye rolling crew must have gotten away many times before so they keep doing it more boldy thats why one shoukd bribg it up to the influght manager its their job to see to all this they are very well paid for sure , and you are payibg prenium to fly them its your right to ve treated with respect

You could have at least filmed the seat itself from a standing perspective. Like this, you literally can't see a big difference to some economy seats. Rewatch the video and think about if you would be happy as a viewer with the amount of information on this seat.

Back in early 2000s, took PAL business class. Plane was old with hard seats, food unappetizing, no snacks, and the stewardesses just disappeared. Forget about the schedule. Hope there’s no deja vu this time around.

Traveling all over asia every other month on many different Asian airlines i would suggest PAL is just an average airline. PAL is the only airline that makes an announcement that you will be prosecuted if any thing is removed when deplaning.

Can you fix the audio? Even at the highest setting, it'slike you're whispering & mumbling. I give up after 5 mins. Your audio needs work.

I took first class flight from Manila to JFK, New York in 2019. Expecting to be very comfortable, the bed or rather the seat is so hard it gave me more back trouble. I chose first class because of my back, but I was so disappointed. If the airplanes are the same , then I will just pay more than suffer more back pains with hard ,stiff seats & or bed.
