I bought Band of Gypsys LP soon after it was released because a friend played it for me saying, "This guy makes his guitar sound like a machine gun!" This tune sets a standard that no guitarist since comes anywhere near.

The greatest guitar performance EVER. BY ANYONE. EVER. That one note. Cold chills to this day.

Happy New Year. The most intense dramatic solo IMO. I feel it in my bones every single time. "This dude is ticked off and he knows how to play guitar and he's doing stuff that has never been done before" There is no other, or at least I have never heard or seen anyone be this expressive. Deep raw unfiltered blues. This dude was hurting for sure. Unfortunately here in NL I get "Video unavailable"

Well... Yep i'd wholeheartedly agree. Wish i could have it as a ring on my phone. Other bestest note is "No One Came" Deep Purple around 2:42 min mark of 6:27 min song where it has a nice whistle. Excellent.

The green bullet was designed for "fine quality low cost installations where durability is an important factor". It's a rather cheap microphone from 1949 and of course, it is possible to copy it and to provide a low cost version from China. No wonder there are no significant differences, I'm glad, there is an affordable alternative. The 520DX simply costs too much.
