This machine is at my new gym and I don't really feel anything. It was a similar one of my old gym and I always felt the ABS crunching when I used it.

It’s a terrible machine. Seat doesnt lean back far enough so the range of motion is shocking , a few inches at best . Bros love this cause they load the weight up, but the force from legs to lift this weight is minimal 🤦
Exactly, in every gym that has this machine you can see the guys with thin legs loading tons of weight up this one and avoiding the linear press like the plague

Horrible equipment
It looks pretty similar to the Hammer Strength Incline Chest - usable but not that great. Most ppl would be better off just using a Smith or dumbells tbh.
Exactly .. this machine sucks i thought it's a good machine so I can do close to failure set but it uses every other part but not the chest.. imma use dumbbell @@alanfarquharhill

in my opinion you're develping the whole chest. The start point is low (low chest) but the end is up

Why do people think lower and upper is somehow different exercises?
@@DrBaronMunchausenbecause there are machines and exercises that target specific muscles of the lower, mid or upper chest. i.e. incline press, decline press, bench press hit different areas of the pecs at different angles
I'm looking at buying this machine but I'm used to hammer strength, how does it feel in the lat muscle belly?
the seat must be lifted up a little bit more because with elbows flared out like that you're not aligning well with the clavicular fibers of the pecs
a Gym in my place has this machine, should i adjust the seat so the handlers is at the position in front opposite the nipple or opposite on top the nipple?

The problem with these TechniGym equipment are the handles on pressing machine are inverted the opposite way comparison to other press machines. Why? I dont know.
why are the thighs not supported? on a seated leg curl the thighs should be planted

Never understood why the knee pads weren’t adjustable. For someone with big legs like me I feel like I’m sat on the floor because I have to out the seat right down.
