Maybe that's because the video is 5 years old but ninja ripper can rip directly from ppsspp (tested with ninja ripper 2.5) the colors RGB channels are inverted but it is easy to fix with any serious image edit software or Xnconvert (Swap RGB channel option)

Yeah the internal render is more powerful than people usually believes. Even you can get photorealistic results if you know how to use it properly

8-32 huge steps 32-64 very small/none steps

it's important to know if the audio is in stereo or mono. If its in stereo, there would be 16kbps per channel. If its in Mono there would be 32kbit on a single channel in which would give a better audio quality. It could also be in joint stereo which also would be better than stereo. Without this information the video is worthless.
