Hi there! In general, when the drop down menu does not populate it is because the Excel file has been uploaded in Google Sheets, or the opposite. So if you want to use the Excel version of the spreadsheet, simply open the Excel file with Excel (end by .xlsx). And if you want to use the Google Sheets version of the spreadsheet, simply open the PDF file named "GOOGLE SHEETS ACCESS LINK" available in your order, and click on the button. Your browser will open with a Google page. Click on "Make a copy" and a copy of the spreadsheet will open in your browser and will be automatically saved in your Google Drive account. Thanks!

If the transaction is in red it is a warning to tell you that this exact same transaction could already be in the Payment Schedule tab. If it is the case, then yes you should delete this transaction. In Question 2 you simply have to enter the amount of money you want to make with this product and the spreadsheet will give you the quantity of product you have to sell to generate this amount of money (with and without discount). As for the Google Sheets version, it’s designed to be a cloud-based solution, so downloading it isn't necessary. You can easily share it with others by clicking the "Share" button in the top-right corner of Google Sheets, entering their email addresses, and choosing the appropriate permission level (either "Viewer," "Commenter," or "Editor" depending on what you want them to do). Hi there! If you live in Canada, simply sum the 2 sales tax in step 3 of the setup tab to have one tax rate. So in BC the PST is 7% and the GST is 5%, for a total of 12%. So enter 12% in step 3. Thanks!

Hi there! Yes you could do that. The only thing is that these duplicated tabs will not populate the calendar for example. The other solution would be to duplicate the whole spreadsheet. Concerning the name of the tabs, you could easily change them without affecting the spreadsheet. Thanks!
