I do habe a 55PUS7304 but there aren't any LED backlite stripes! Only 4 layers of "white something" and after lifting that I only see the bare metal from behind... I took some photos, but no video.

I’ve generated an E23 error on my IQ700 twice over the years. Both times on the Drum cycle where I have overfilled the detergent and foam has reached the switch in the tray. To fix I have simply unplugged and pulled out the machine, tilted it backwards to near the floor and back up.

I just tried this with my Philips 55PUS6704/12. The lights work again, but unfortunately I cracked the screen (although just a hairline fracture) while removing the double sticking tape as seen at 4:09. I guess I'll just have to look for a new TV now

This is really a great video giving some hope to Hisense TV owners with same problem. In my case, I called my technician to explain that I am getting a blank screen (with audio) - with cloudy white colors, after asking the size and model of the TV, he straight up told me to get a new TV, like the problem is the TV death sentence. F78 most of the time (in our experience)is the motor drive board(inverter board) on the washpump going faulty.20% could be the faulty motor triggering fault in the main board pcb which can cost 500£ only the pcb plus labour,and plus could be the washpump too,that can be 300£ plus.
