It’s amazing how good people get it downhill on Mtn. Bikes. I’ve done lots of writing, but never had the desire to bomb hills and catch air. That looks absolutely death defying😂

you never want to 'go fast' its a recipe for disaster, what you want to do is be smooth, velocity is a byproduct of smoothness, i guess having super dialed in brakes is also a major contributor
Yeah I’d agree that going fast is a byproduct of staying smooth and using the brakes appropriately. But also requires “pushing myself” to give more input into the bike and push through mental barriers
@@MediocreMitchMTB Yeah, I just get in the attack position (flat back, head up, elbows out, knees bent) and let the adrenalin flow naturally and let fear be my guide. your body will tell you to brake when your in danger. Sometimes i think my mood has some affects too, hard to say, i'm always pretty damn happy when i'm railing down some trail.
