Discover Why Teaching English in Korea is an Amazing Opportunity: Top 5 Reasons!
may i know what trail you go? and which month?
So was 4 hours of work per day enough to pay your bills there? Which city did you move to? And where are you from? Will I not need a visa to get work there in the first place?
It was the same as a regular full-time paycheck since they paid a higher hourly rate. I also did some tutoring which paid high as well. I'm from Toronto and moved to Seoul. You can use your tourist visa to go to Korea and then find a school to sponsor you there.
Hi Angie, did you have any teaching certificates before landing in Korea? I'm thinking about getting a CELTA or TEFL before applying to the teaching jobs. What do you think about taking this route?
I got an online TESOL certificate and it was the cheapest option.
@@angiesadventures2025 How long did it take and how intensive was it? Was taking TESOL useful to getting the teaching jobs in Korea or it didn't matter much?
@@anjalisinha4291 I took the 120 hour certificate and I was able to complete it in about a month. It was useful since the schools I had interviews with asked for my certificate and it allowed me to be more competitive.
@@angiesadventures2025 Gotcha! Thanks for your answer! Can you tell me how much time you invested in a week to complete the TESOL certification? I'm thinking about doing one too.
@@anjalisinha4291 I invested about 10 hours a week and completed it in less than 2 months.
Great commentary Angie. Nice footage.
hmmm...
Merci d'être passé nous voir!
I've been to old Quebec back in the late 80's !! People there were so super nice & polite !! Even taxi drivers were the politest / friendliest in the world !!! 👍👍💜🥁🐉🎤🎶✈️💞
You Had To Keep Your Mask On The Entire 15 Hours Flight 🛬? What?! How Much Was the PCR Test in ICN? Keep it Vlogging... Kadeers!!!
I live less than 2 hours from Toronto (Where I usually like to visit Chinatown), but, I've never been on the island.
is it good timing to visit old quebec during fall between october to november?
Well, there's less going on, but, it's much more peaceful and the scenery is amazing in fall, especially the nearby ile d'Orleans
It rains more ,but September & October are still nice I believe. But,it gets very chilly ! I had been there in September ( in the 80's ) & it was very very chilly !! Very keen air ...cold. Lol. But,people there were amazing & foods were ,too ! 💜🥁🐉🎤🎶✈️💞
if u don't mind. may i know how much is the budget for the tour? tnx
Really the warmest and most sincere welcome to Seoul, Korea ^^~ ♥ ~My homeland~ There are far more lesser known places in Seoul than world famous ones. => Unique and beautiful night view of Seoul, the only one on UA-cam that is explained in more than 30 languages <= ua-cam.com/video/T311bc3WOk0/v-deo.html ua-cam.com/video/ddFanlo24fo/v-deo.html ua-cam.com/video/RAoEBVLiUjE/v-deo.html ua-cam.com/video/Pqzv1OujRBs/v-deo.html ua-cam.com/video/tSzCPiJtLVo/v-deo.html ua-cam.com/video/Gyi_WsodRbs/v-deo.html I am sure that when you come to Seoul, Korea, you will be able to enjoy another night view that is much more beautiful than the usual night view of Namsan and Lotte Tower right in front of your eyes. In particular, if you climb Mt. Eungbong and Mt. Geumho from Hawangsimni-dong, you can enjoy badminton in Geumho-dong, which is a few kilometers between Cheonggyecheon and Seoul Forest Park (get off at Singeumho Station or Bigogae Station, or use a taxi). The food is very plentiful. In addition, if you walk slowly for about 2 hours, you can reach Namsan from a place called Dullegil, which starts from Mt. Maebong and Mt. Geumho. This place is very close to Gwangjang Market Central Market. It is close to Seongsu Bridge, Hannam Bridge, and Hangang Dongho Bridge. Therefore, it is very close to Gangnam Station and Apgujeong Station. I hope you have a wonderful and beautiful Seoul trip. As such, there are two superb views of the Han River at the tops of Eungbongsan (81m high) and Maebongsan (95m high) in Seongdong-gu. What's even funnier is that the distance between the two is only 3.1 km by car and 2.4 km on foot. blog.naver.com/koam0816/221325946668 ua-cam.com/channels/wcoBhnVg9YkS9Y8FfK_ddg.html ※ (All taxis take about the same distance and time as the base fare, and all are on foot) From Myeong-dong => (Northeast direction) About 20 minutes from Gwangjang Market, from Gwangjang Market => (Southeast direction) 1.5km ) About 10 minute Dongdaemun ddp 900m, from there (east direction) about 10 minutes to Jungang Market (Sindang-dong, Sangwangsimni Station) 900m, Jungang Market => (east direction) about 20 minutes to Wangsimni Market, Wangsimni Market => (Southwest direction) ) Jiburo Station 30 minutes 2km to Maebongsan Park 30 minutes 1.7km, 2.4km from Maebongsan Park (southeast direction) to Seoul Forest Park.
