You're doing 15+1/14+2 etc until 8+8
This seems to be leading more to the endurance side not strengh, therefore you will grow but not that much

Hold at the top is needlessly fatiguing, for far less stimulus. genuinely just need a controlled lowering phase and a slight pause at the bottom to maximize growth, at least this is what the literature says.
There was even a study done recently where a cohort that just did the bottom half of the movement saw more growth than a cohort that did the entire ROM

Why not just do them seperately so your fatigue in some muscles wont stop you from progressing in others?

@@pope400 really? Why ? Is the barbell not lightest directly above the shoulders? Where do you think you could hold the heaviest weight possible ? Over your shoulders or over your chest? This is the exact technique I’ve used to build my bench press to over 200kg and helped countless others hit major PBs
