Why insurance companies. Not give the kyc of all people's documents back if the claim was not given to claimant... Big fraud is doing by this on CTL basis who not agree for the net of salvage basis company never give the claim was not give on their letter head with given their KYC documents..

सर मेरी स्विफ्ट vxi 21.06.24 को एक्सीडेंट हो गई थी । गाड़ी टोटल लॉस जा रही थी मगर कंपनी बोली कि IDV का 75% से कम में ही रिपेयर हो जायेगी । अब मैंने गाड़ी प्राप्त कर ली लेकिन मरम्मत कीमत 75% पार कर गई । मैंने सर्वेयर और एरिया मैनेजर से बात की तो टालने वाली बात करने लगे । मैं कंपनी से कहा मुझे RETURN TO INVOICE लेने का क्या फायदा हुआ । मैं गाड़ी प्राप्त कर चुका हूं। क्या मैं अब भी लीगल कोर्ट जा सकता हूं। मेरा कंपनी से सिर्फ एक सवाल है क्लाइंट को RTI का फायदा क्यों नही मिला ।
