I wonder how viable it is to pay for living in a hotel rather than pay for monthly expenses in a house
I'm pretty sure a hotel is pay by night. I guess it depends on how nice of a hotel/motel you're willing to stay at lol
@Galaxy-Gorilla well the main character stays at a pretty nice hotel, so they may be loaded before coming here
@@Fossil08 Either that or gathering a boat load of debt lol
@@Galaxy-Gorilla I'm sure the gem rocks will pay for it all 😁
😅 masters is a tall order big cheese also I love the idea of bulk recording.
started the game 2 weeks ago and reacher master easily. u just need 2 play alot tbh
Naaaah man, have more faith lol
Yeah, honestly I have to regularize playing more often
you ever heard of valorant accent lol?
No? what is that
Godlike title lmao
Thanks! It honestly just popped into my head, that's usually how I make most of my thumbnails!
Can you wait for the end of knock of before hitting again please ?
before 5 min mark theres no jump pad thats usually the best time to score after the 5 min mark I would say keep track of where your opponents are and their respawn timers also keep in mind how long you need to take to score the points
Right? It's not just you. (esp when I'm owl and I usually don't live to get a stack, if I do, I die right after :') )
I get it, the matches are only 10 minutes but PLEASE at least a few more seconds...
@@Galaxy-Gorilla Exactlyyy, I could have won a couple games if that was so...
Terastalizing makes the moves it know of what ever type it teratalized in to a stronger stab then normal. It changes the pokemon type
so if I terastalize a Blastoise to water it makes its fire moves stronger
No, that was my bad. In my head I was just more so focused on Fuecoco lol
@Galaxy-Gorilla I know I'm just messing around because you said fire
Unless staking I wouldn’t worry about scoring until you are pushing with your team
Alright, I just feel like I don’t dunk enough you know what I mean?
That ultimate can absorb the Iron Man ult, which can thwn counter his team instead of wiping yours
That’s good to know! I like to save it for when Star lord or Punisher ult, I’ll start using it with Iron man too!
@Galaxy-Gorilla I recommend you to save the ult until like the end of their ults, because the amount of absorption that the ult has is limited, so you'll end up wasting your ult. (you can tell how much more damage you can absorb by looking down just below your crosshair)
@@FacuMaster13 I've had a lot of luck killing punishers by giving it like 2 seconds and then just ripping it right at him. It sucks up most of what it can take while dealing a ton of damage, killing him and anyone around him!
@Galaxy-Gorilla Amazing use of the ULT!!!!
I wish it did more dmg
It’s just too dependent on people shooting while you ult, at this point people know to stop. It’s a little annoying tbh
The “eheheheheh you idiot” got me
Someone’s gotta stop Jarvis from clipping that
I switched last year. The best advice i have is don't give up no matter how weird or mad it makes you! I got frustrated pretty early on cause i knew that if i was on control, i would do better, but if you want to switch, just remember you are learning! Now im no expert, but it feels way better getting eliminations.
I’m glad you found the switch worth it! I’m gonna start easing my way in
@Galaxy-Gorilla I also recommend playing games where you will see the difference more like Minecraft and other survival games or MMOs since with controller they feel very limited with buttons, also a good mouse with side buttons will make you wonder why you didn't switch before lol.
Razor makes something called the Tartarus i think? Its a keyboard that has a Joystick for the left thumb and the joystick is bound to W A S D might help you transition. As well go into windows mouse settings the advanced settings and turn off enhanced pointer precision lower the over all sensiivity to 3-4 I think default is about 6. Then install mouse software adjust dpi Fine tune it all.
Most people use around 400-1200 DPI with around a 1-2 sense in game. Move them around and just test it. As well aim labs is a good way to finely tune your aim and sensitivities and It allows you to import and export settings from other games. My name is Kortonix in Rivals if you want to talk further, I'll gladly help.
Thanks for the detailed advice! I'll have to check that keyboard out!
grow up and play with the big bois. simple
Great, 10/10 advice
We all converted from console to a PC at one point, so quit being a pussy and adapt, you’ll suck for a while and that’s normal
This is gonna sound weird but try playing Minecraft with a mouse and keyboard. It will help you build the coordination in a slow non competitive environment. Hope this helps
Honestly that does sound like a solid idea!
Alright, there's a few things to discuss, so buckle up! Firstly, there were no new pokemon caught this episode, so none of the origins/viability nonsense. About terrastillization: Terrastilization runs off of this thing in pokemon called STAB. I'm not sure if you are aware of it, but STAB stands for Same Type Attack Bonus. What does this mean? basically, if a fire type uses a fire type move, the damage it deals is multiplied by 1.5. Essentially, if your fuecoco used the move Swift, which has 60 base power, it would deal roughly the same amount of damage if it used ember (40 Base Power). This is because the damage is increased by 1.5x (or 50%), which makes ember a 60 base power move. Now, for terrastillizzation, its a little different. Firstly, your fuecoco has the fire tera type (You can change this later in the game if you like). Since fire is already one of fuecocos STAB types, its damage is multiplied by 2x instead! This means that ember would be stronger than swift, as it now essentially has 80 base power! However, if fuecoco had a tera type different to its natural type (In this example, we will use normal.) Fuecoco keeps his initial stab, while gaining a new stab in the different tera type. This means the embers Base power is 60, like normal, but Swifts base power is now essentially 1.5x, or 90! This isn't all terrastillizing does though, as it also changes the users primary types. Lets use paldean wooper for this example. Wooper is a poison/Ground type, this makes it weak to things like Water, Psychic, Ground, and Ice. This is bad because water and ground have some fairly common moves you will see a lot, so these are the more important weaknesses to cover. This is where it gets tricky, as we could take the flying tera type. this will change clodsires type to flying, while keeping its original stab, which will make it neutral to water, and immune to ground, however, we need to also take account for the uncommon ice types! I would still say that flying is probably one of the better tera types you could choose, just as long as you have some ice coverage. Also, definitely do the DLC after you have beaten the main story, as it just makes more sense I guess? Now, about geeta. Yes, she is not a very good champion, but thats fine! Because she makes up for it in the DLC, where she uses an actually competitively viable set. And trust me, she will stomp on you if you aren't prepared! Now then, for EXP Candies, be careful using them if you want to get into competitive, because, as boring as it sounds, leveling a pokemon up with EXP candies gives it no EV's, which are VERY important in the competitive scene, I can talk more about that in the discord (Which everyone who's reading this should go join btw), but basically, killing different pokemon boost different stats. You won't have to worry about it too much in a normal playthrough, or even in the lower ranks, but it will definitely will if you get to like ultra ball tier, maybe even great ball! Finally, despite being open world, There is no scaling, which stinks, but it's fine nontheless. to keep a traditional structure, you'll want to go in this order: 1: Bug 2: Rock 3: Grass 4: Flying 5: Dark 6: Electric 7: Fire 8: Steel 9: Water 10: Poison 11: Normal 12: Ghost 13: Ground 14: Psychic 15: Ice 16: Fairy 17: Dragon 18: Fighting Follow that order, alternating from gyms to titans to star bases etc, and it will follow the natural progression of your team nicely! Other then all of that, have a lovely day!
Thanks for all the info! When I clear the game I’ll be sure to do team building with you! I’m a bit bummed about no scaling but I’m used to that with Sword and Shield, i won’t lie I’m pretty excited for this game!
Yes, terastalizing makes STAB x2 instead of x1.5
Good to know! Thanks for the info
@@Galaxy-Gorilla for some reason this stacks really weirdly with the ability Adaptability. Instead of making STAB 2.5x as expected, it makes it 2.25x.
im in the same boat, i grew up playing only xbox my whole life and now playing any fps with mouse and keyboard feels really weird to me. i still play some characters in rivals with controller but i have migrated to most with mouse as it just feels a lot better once you get used to it. there really is no tricks other then practice! good luck
Thanks! I appreciate the insight and I’m glad I’m not the only one! I’ll start practicing
Is interesting as when you invite the professors from this school to blueberry Academy, they all point out how blueberry being only battle focused is very relevant and that the students have free to do whatever they want besides just battling, which is pretty funny. The teacher basically just diss their sister school because they’re like yeah you guys are not doing a good job.
I’m guessing Blue berry is the one from the DLC? If so I haven’t touched it yet but I’m pretty excited too!
@@Galaxy-Gorilla yeah, its from the second part of the DLC haha

sableye is the BY FAR THE MOST annoying pokemon in the game
How come no one plays him?
@@Galaxy-Gorilla people tend to avoid playing him because hes very difficult to play well, because if you dont olay well, he feels like he isnt doing anything
Great matches today, and that was an intense first round! Now, those were some really diverse free picks, so thats pretty cool, Ill give you a fairly in-depth sableye guide orr the top of my head (somethings may be a little wrong, but itw ill be in that general ball park) First things first: what is sabeleye? Sabeleye is a supporter, who, much like wigglytuff, is focused on disruptancy. Sabeleye is very difficult to play, however he can be extremely annoying and a major nuisance for the other team if played well. Passive: Sabeleys passive ability, prankster, allows him to turn invisible every 3~5 seconds that he isnt in combat (This includes wild pokemon, you literally need to just nit be dealing any damage to anything, or taking any damage from anything.) When sabeleye turns invisible, he is given a large movement speed buff, which when combined with the fact he is invisible, makes it a great escape tool. A large circle will appear around sabeleye, and if an enemy pokemon is in the circle, aark appears above the enemies head. If the mark stays above the enemies head for 3 seconds, sabeleye is pulled out of his invisibility. Basic Attacks: Sabeleyes basic attacks are fairly simple, he does a slash in front of him, with minimal range, dealing damage to enemies. Every third basic attack becomes a boosted attack, increasing the attacks range, teleporting behind a targetted enemy and dealing damage. Move 1 (Astonish): Astonish attacks in a cone in front of sabeleye, starting small and growing in width to about the range of sabeleyes boosted attack. Astonish deals a small amount of damage to enemies, and slows them. Astonish deals increased damage to enemies if it hits them from behind. Move 2 (Thief): Thief is a dash attack, that deals a small amount of damage to enemies, and steals 5 of their aeos energy. This is a great utility move that can shut down pokemon that try to get an early stack in. This move WILL pass through small obstacles/walls (This includes crustles stone edge, and Alolan Ninetales avalanche.) Move 1, Option A (Feint Attack): This is sabeleyes only attack that will NOT take him out of his invisibility. Sabeleye will throw out some fake aeos energy, within a set range. To the enemy team, this looks like regular aeos energy, however, your teamates (and yourself) will see it with a purple border, indicating its fake. No one can collect this aeos energy, and if an enemy tries to, the energy will explode, doing a small amount of burst AoE damage, which also slows all enemies hit by the initial explosion. A maximum of two uses can be kept in reserve for this move. (Throwing the qeos energy does not take sableye out of his invisibility, however after an enemy explodes it, sabeleye is revealed) Feint attack tips: this move is best used in big pools of aeos enrgy that typically form, for example, after defeating a regi. This makes the aeos energy look normal, and people wont suspect it as much. It also works well in the grass, as the enemy can not see the energy if its fully cloaked in the grass, and it will reveal enemies hidden in the grass to your entire team. Move 1, Option B (Confuse Ray): Confuse ray is a slow moving projectile, that sabeleye can shoot in any direction, which deals damage to the first enemy hit. The hit enemy will then become "confused". Confused enemies are basically mind controlled for a few seconds, as they will automatically begin to attack a targetted enemy. The mind controlled players order of operations goes as follows: 1. Its own Teamates. 2. The closest wild Pokemon. 3. Your Allies. 4. Sableye itself. The enemy will only use its basic attacks, however, i lf the actual enemy player uses a move that can aim, it will auto lock on to the closest enemy teamate, and they have to manually aim it at one of sableyes teamates. This can be deadly on some ultimates, like tsareena or charizard. Keep in mind, enemies will only be confused for a few seconds. Confuse ray tips: This move is best used in team fights, however it can be used as a secure tool. Obviously, it only deals a little bit of damage, but that little bit of damage couod kill rayquaza! Furthermore, lets say you confuse an absol who had used sucker punch on rayquaza, and that sucker punc kills ray, your team actually gets the ray buffs! However, this is obviously extremely difficult to pull of. Move 2, Option A (Knock Off): Knock off is an interesting move, as it is technically a dash AND a combo kove, but isnt really. Firstly, what it does is it has sabeleye run forward a little bit, rapidly scratching in front of itself, damaging enemies, before running back to its original position, hitting enemies again. After this move is used, it is momentarily turned into an AoE swipe in front of sabeleye, dealing damage to enemies, knock them a little bit back and stunning them. The swipe deals more damage then the initial run. Essentially, there are three parts of this kove that deals damage, and each time that an enemy is hit, 5 of their aeos energy goes flying off of them and lands on the ground. So, if you hit an enemy with all three parts, you will knock off 15 aeos energy! This is great because, while the enemy can see the knocked off energy, only sableye can pick it up, for a short whike at least! Knock off tips: Use this while invisible, to surprise enemies and potentially completely invalidate a score! This is really helpful, especially if they have the ray shield, as you cant stop them from scoring, however you can make them score 30 less points! Move 2, Option B (Shadow Sneak): Ok, this is a bit hard to explain, essentially, using this move will momentarily increase your movement speed, before putting you back into invisible mode, and giving you a boosted sttack that deals increased damage. However, the shadow sneak invisibility is a little different, because whenever you lose the invisibility, even if you are taking damage, as long as you are never hindered/stunned for the next two seconds, you will instantly turn invisible again, and are given 1 second where being attacked does *NOT* bring you out of invisibility. Shadow Sneak tips: This move is pretty versatile, as it lets you escape pretty easily, while also allowing you to run qccross the map much quicker, posibly letting you backcap during a ray fight, and then run back over in time to steal/help with the ray fight! (ONLY under specific circumstances!!!!!) Chaos Glower (Unite Move): Sabeleye will momentarily freeze in place, as it highlights a cone in front of it. Once the entire cone has been highlighted, sableye will release a burst of damage, that severely slows enemies that are facing away from sableye, however, this is the funny part, any enemies facing towards sabeleye, qre forced to RETURN TO HOME BASE. Which means, as long as none of your teamates attack them, you can send the ENTIRE team back to their home base, and you can be dancing in front of them the whole time. This is an amazing tool, especially if the enemy team gets ray, when they are all rushing towards a goal zone and are all bundled up, you can make them traverse the entire map before they can actually score haha! Sableye playstyles: Sableye is obviously a little goblin, and can be played in many different ways, but here are his two most common: Lane: Sabeleye can work as a great lane partner, even with exp share becaus3 his starting abilities arent that bad! This also allows him to stack rather easily, and scoring is easily one of sabeleyes strong suits. Jungle Invade: Basically, because sabeleye can move so fast, he can literalky run to the other side of the map, and steak the enemy teams jungle before the jungle can kill it, which REALLY stunts their jungles level gain, which can ultimately win matches! Other then that, hope you have fun with the little goblin!
Today was a painful day, rip man that feeling of getting rolled without much agency is such a bummer
Dude the frustration of that first match is understandable, nice mental recovery tho, go next frfr
Dragapult is for people who only know how to hold a, get some real skills 😂
I beg to differ! He might be an Auto attacked based Pokémon, but it takes a decent amount of skill to properly navigate his abilities. Knowing which direction to dragon dance, making sure it has a chance to kill so it resets. When to end it early to escape/dive deeper, even when to drop down a nasty dragon breath either before hand or during mid flight. Is it a super complex mon? Not really, but it's got some skill/play too it. Who do you play?
@Galaxy-Gorilla haha no. Just rips everyone down easy. Cinder, Dura when it was pre nerfs, dragapult Greninja all are for ppl who have no micro
