if you ever see a hedgehog in daytime out of the cover of foliage its highly likely it needs help. hedgehogs dont just stroll out onto a beach and chill.

Bless ya.. A million thumbs up.. If you see a large hedgehog out that can be a mother moving nests.. But could also be dehydrated if you can check round the eyes.. Small Yellow balls around them is a sign of flystrike.. Take action get to vets or it will definitely die.

This was no save, without getting propper help then. ...and the water was not given carefully! enough, he/she got it into his nose !! That alone was dangerous. Better not filming but beeing attentive in such a situation. The poor hedgehog would have needed urgent medical care from a vet with knowledge or a hedgehog rescue/ - station,a wildlifecare then. No clue, if that person got him propper help then..just so hoping.. Wanting to help is great♥️♥️♥️ but it must be the right help then 🙏 If you can film,you are most likely able to get help/ informations !? Hard to watch this.

When you see a creature in this predicament, if you can ad sugar to your water, it will make a big diffefence before seeking help...

Now dig for some worms for the little fella, and he'll be happy as larry, and will be able to continue on his travels..

Pretty sure u did a bit more wrong than good. Water was going everywhere and water ain't supposed to be touching their nose. It probably died after this if u didnt took it to the vet. Cuz they are nocturnal and to see them at day time is very weird

Нада было забрать дамой и накормить напоить и дать ему набрался силы а патом на это же место отпустить ежа, когда отпускаеш нада понимать что ёжи знают где их дом и семьи его туда он и найдёт, я сам когда заберал ёжика для того чтоб покормить и дать набрался силы отпускаю там где взял они никогда не забывают дарогу дамой я и проследил куда же найдёт ёжик и увидел нару ежат и там были есшо ежата, вот так нада делать.

Докопался до ежа. Спит он.

They didn't save him. If they whould safe this little child, they ould take him to the vet. A hedhehog on daytime is a very bad sign. A hedgehog on daytime in plain sight is even worse..

Please tell me you did not leave that clearly very ill hedgehog there but got it help. You didn't "save it" unless you took it to a rescue or vet.

If he's out in the daytime there is something wrong. He's either starving and looking for food or he's ill. What a hedgehog would be doing in the middle of a beach is beyond me

If you see at a daytime a hedgie, PLSEASE, take him/her to a vet, because it does have achealth problem, when walking around at a daylight. Especially, when it is such a small one - nearly a baby still.
