I believe you mean the Titan crystal? It is one of the highest rewards currently and you get its shards from different areas when you get to Paragon and even more when you reach Valiant progression level

I believe it doesn’t matter since you will receive the code in any email you subscribe with but then you need to enter that code in Kabam webstore after you sign in with your actual Kabam ID. That’s purely my expectation but I think it is more likely to be the case/flow
