Keep going! Just subbed, found you from your paper stack tut, I’ve just started blender and already feel like quitting but with informative but understandable tuts like yours helps me not give up! Thanks heaps 😁
Thanks a ton! Glad the tutorial’s helping you stick with Blender it’s tough at first, but it gets way more fun! Don’t give up, and if you ever need help, just shout. You’ve got this!
wow thx ,its actually easier than i thought
I'm glad you like it 🙌🔥🔥
so...why not use geometry nodes to instance the paper based on a few variables like sheet count and neatness ? That way you'll have complete control of stack height and even the way it is stacked throughout the entire process without having to apply or bake modifiers?
Great idea! Geometry Nodes would definitely give more control and flexibility. I went the manual route to keep it simple for beginners, but your approach is perfect for those looking to level up.
Now do it in Houdini
okay 🙄
This is the best "How do I not watch BLENDER tutorials" tutorial I've found so far.
🙌😅
Great video. Just one little idea to make it look even more natural or human: Give it some slight random Z rotation too when randomizing the translation
🙌🔥🔥
Noice
Thank you!
Keep up brother 💪
Thanks bro! 🙌
I don know why people call it as tutorial when they use shortcut rather than menu that's on the screen already.
How did you make the extra rocks appear at the bottom? Are they apart of one texture or did you have to import them as assets seperately?
Hey 👋 I like your work But when I press control + shift + T nothing happened how do I import texture in shader editor
First click on principled bsdf and make sure the orange line turns into white
Thanks for uploading a short simple vid for beginners
Glad it was helpful! 🙌
رائع جدا .. Good job..
شكراً جزيلاً! أسعدني تعليقك
Bro thanks you are the best.
I'm glad you agree! 🙌
Is i5 8500 & gtx1650 is good for happy blending 😅
You'll be good to go! 😅🔥🔥
This best video my took mind and say is puzzle and sand box not mountain or rocket science
🗿🔥🔥
You stink bruh ! fix yourself.
Thanks bro made me understand why i was stuck ❤
Glad to hear that 🔥🔥
Accurate!
🙌🔥🔥
keep going pro
Thanks a lot!
I agree with you
🙌🔥🔥
I think tutorials are needed to develop your skills, if you need help just find the tutorial, cuz there are plenty of ways to use blender and blender community is bigger and bigger by day. But they will teach you just a thing to use in your own project not the whole. Everything you need is on internet. If you can't find a way to do things in your imagination in blender ,finding tutorial for that step is the best option.
I think we agree that tutorials are a good starting point, but it's important to find the balance between learning and creating! 😉
so true...tutorials might help you but there are so many variables which can go wrong and u cannot rely on tutorials too fix them...u have to figure stuff on your own which can only be done with trial and error
That's the spirit! Embrace the struggle and learn from your mistakes. 🙌
I've been tasked to recreate a historical cave from my country, def gonna follow this tutorial
🗿🔥🔥
This is my opinion, but I really disagree with your statements, and it's somewhat reductive to say that Blender is not difficult. In my view, good tutorials are an important step at the beginning because, beyond saving time in the learning process, they provide an understanding of the basics, tools, and fundamentals. It's like a baby being born who knows nothing and will naturally imitate its parents. This is why parental education is important. The tutorial plays a similar role, like teaching a child to walk or talk. However, the brain is a powerful yet lazy tool, and it will tend to stay in its comfort zone. The problem is that people end up staying passive, either by remaining stuck in the tutorial loop or by imitating tutorials without understanding. Just like a baby imitating without understanding, one can end up mimicking the steps without truly grasping the "why" behind each action. This is where parental education comes into play. Learners must go beyond imitation. They need to learn to think, understand, and adapt. I call this the "active assimilation method" (they copy, they learn, they understand, they practice, and they adapt). The idea is to reduce the use of tutorials as their level increases. Focus more on personal projects and less on tutorials. Because in 3D, there is so much to learn, starting with topology.
You're absolutely right-tutorials are a great foundation, but growth comes from breaking out of the 'tutorial loop' and applying what you've learned to personal projects. That's exactly the point of the video. Blender isn't as hard as it seems when you stop overthinking and start practicing. It's about building confidence and understanding through doing, not just watching!
Really needed this, completely agreed. Thanx alot for the reminder, truely the worst to happen would be messing up which too can be fixed with ctrl z.
Glad I could help! 🙌
Happy blending 🤣🤣🤣
Glad someone noticed my happy blending agenda! 😂
how did you copy and paste an entire node setup????????????? ive been stuck on this for hours because you never even explained how to do it
Press (Ctrl + shift + T) it will open a file to use as a texture, download one from poly haven or other 3d asset websites and add to a principled BSDF.
@@Dedefohusa download just the texture image or the entire procedural texture? i only know how to do the image and i cant scale modify it bcs i have no nodes to edit its appearance...
@@Dedefohusa NEVER MIND IT WORKED !!!! YAY THANKS BRO
