If you enjoy healthy stuff, enjoy your healthy stuff and if the kids want to try them you can let them, but the most important thing is that they are eating.

Kids always eat when they're hungry. Foolproof.

Seems like the kids gonna starve if they ain't eating the food that is brought to the table. Exceptions are certain food allergies but aside of that, don't cave.

Stop saying “I didn’t do it” every time you walk into a room. I think the main thing is nobody respects authority of the police anymore or first responders. A lot of people get upset when you show up, but they don’t realize that we didn’t just choose to show up to their house, we got called there for a reason.

Thanks for the comment! I’ve been open about my TRT on my IG. No “steroid cycle” but yes, legally supplemented on testosterone. Previously on 250mg test a week and now on 100mg a week. Obviously a factor but definitely less intense on my routine now.

There’s nothing wrong with being on TRT. I myself, am a police officer in Anchorage, Alaska, and a crisis negotiator, and there’s one thing about first responders is with all the stress of the job you have testosterone is always gonna be suppressed compared to the average person. When I was tested, my testosterone total levels was 176 for a 36-year-old man. I like the approach, and support what you’re doing. Subscribed

Defend Cops detaining people and demanding ID with zero Reasonable articulable suspicion (RAS). Costs $10,000s to hold them accountable for abuse of authority and the courts still handwave it away with qualified immunity.

Fair tips. But that cottage cheese was probably the better option than any of those processed fruit parfait or yogurt with fruit added. Especially if you can find the whole fat.

Why why why? Why do you not hold true to your oath? Why do you think you are above God's laws and the constitution of the United States? How do you justify violating people's rights? Why do you get a hard on when you get to smoke someone ?( granted there are people that there's n other choice) what about the people who could have been spared that you killed anyway? Questions coming from a multi combat vet with over 80 gunfights.

Any cop who pretends that they're not a tuyrant are lying to themselves. They all are, that's why they took a job that gives them the ultimate power to punish citizens.

Saw this video broke down by another page, couldn’t listen to that guy anymore so found it here. Izzo is spot on! All cops suck! Haven’t found a good one yet. Litmus test - How many cops would hand charges to someone that’s a felony? If their answer is “yes” I’ll show you an unconstitutional cop that violates his oath. We lose our second amendment rights with a felony charge. Phuck cops

31:32 tik tok. Women should not be frontline police. Even if she’s the exception, it’s a distraction for her and the team. Women are absolutely necessary in policing but in other important roles. Men and women have different intrinsic strengths and weaknesses. There are calls were men or women will be the better or more appropriate lead. Sexist, discriminatory or misogynist? It certainly is but it’s reality. It’s unfair but wokeness is the not reality we live in. Cheers

I worked with police, Drug Task Force, received a Liberty Award. Then I recently became educated. And Lt. Moriarty died of cancer because the force didn't protect them. Especially that division. You all answer to the Masons. Have your own Temples. And D looks to be a sociopath, need brain scan. And this guy thinks he's training us like children. Did you know Ecuador has very little crime..they honk and yell at the police. Expats laugh. Nanny country. Nope 4th Reich you are. Op Paperclip hmmm Not to mention you know nothing of AI...Anastasi in Tech ch... read our minds and see what we see... Anyway who trains you..Masad ties? Oh my...Ww2 I was just doing my job...said the same thing.
