Yes. You know those Data Center’s are taking over properties in his area over there. It’s crazy. Post Road and Hwy 78(Veterans PKWY) one corner getting cleared out and they trying to buy out another land owner. I moved here in 1973. I-20 stopped at Hwy 5 with only 2 stores on Hwy 5. I’ve had the “C” twice and you are right to stay in tune with your body. I don’t even go out that much but it doesn’t take much interaction for it to happen. That tingle in your throat can definitely be the first sign! Happened each time with me. Thank goodness I work from home. That headache, coughing, weakness, mucus, and shortness of breath with just walking is no joke. I thank God I made it through each time and it wasn’t more serious than what I had. Second time was not as bad as the first time. Glad you all are feeling better! ❤

You’re doing great! I had my bypass in April of this year..I’ve lost 64 pounds as of 8/19. Mine has been a gradual decrease. I too was an emotional eater. I find myself still having those tendencies still. I like to bring snacks that are full of protein or just low calorie things I enjoy if I’m going out to run errands. I use to get fast food before my surgery. I will sometimes go to Safeway or a grocery store and get a pre made snack box with crackers and cheese and grapes and meat. You can make those yourself as well. Just some ideas. We are trying to change a lifetime of bad habits and poor food choices so we just have to give ourselves some grace. You are very inspiring to me and I enjoy your videos. Thank you for sharing your journey. God Bless 🥰

Hello Letta. I love the fruit bowl you put together. It is so good for you. I freeze the blueberries, strawberries and blackberries for my smoothies. I eat them fresh too. Have you tried making a green salad w/ veggies adding strawberries, blueberries, blackberries, apples or whatever your choice of fruit is. I also like adding quinoa and lentils to my green and fruit salad. Very filling. I also like to drizzle a little balsamic glaze and balsamic vinegar as a dressing over my salad. I'm trying to lose weight too. We have to control stress and not let stress control us. You have been doing a great job and you look great. Keep up the good work. God bless.

I have a great hint for you to keep your fruit fresh. Mason jars! They're amazing! I also always count out my grapes, etc. and try to pair the fruit with some cheese

You are looking great! That fruit bowl looks delicious. I’m not a blueberry fan either although I know they have a great health benefit. I no longer buy fruit from Walmart because it doesn’t seem to last long. Laughing about your “channel producer”. 😆
