*Every cent of this Paypal money goes towards funding my videos, as the devices I use are quite expensive, and each pad (every EMG sensor needs two electrode pads) cost about 90 cents each, meaning most tests will cost me about 4-5 dollars MINIMUM, and if I have to change the pads mid-test because they lose their adhesive then that can easily double or triple. I also dream of being able to fund the very advanced Noraxon EMG technology, as well as other measurement devices that I can apply to fitness, such as a muscle oxygen sensor! All help is appreciated more than you can imagine :)

4 Biceps Curl Mistakes YOU Need to Stop Making
Biceps curls- possible the SIMPLEST, most well-known exercise there is. However, upon adding weight to the equation, this exercise can become much more convoluted and confusing, and many people don't even realize the technique mistakes they're making.
In this video we cover FOUR biceps curl mistakes that I've commonly seen in the gym, with obviously extremely exaggerated acting by yours truly. Most of these mistakes won't completely "destroy" your results (with the exception of number three... please never do that), however they will multiply your risk of possibly getting injured all while also limiting the effectiveness of the exercise.

What is "Simplifity"?
"Simplifity" is simply the vision I had to create a platform dedicated to providing simplified explanations for seemingly complex fitness topics. The original goal of this social media presence was literally in the name- "Simplifity", or "Simplifying Fitness". Obviously, my content has transcended into arguably extremely "complex" topics. With that said, I still feel it is my duty to live up to the "simplifying fitness" persona I made for myself by eliminating the confusion and providing the cold, hard FACTS about various fitness concepts.
As Simplifity has grown, I've realized the path I want to take is one of innovation. As far as I'm aware, I'm possibly the only fitness creator who has widely used Electromyography data to help "prove" various fitness concepts, which I believe to be incredibly innovative considering every influencer simply tells but doesn't really provide any proof. With that said, I believe "N1 Training" has utilized EMG in the past, although I'm not entirely familiar with their work.
Regardless, the plan for Simplifity goes far beyond just EMG. As this account grows, it is my absolute dream to have affordable access to extremely advanced biometric gadgets, such as tensiomyography and tools such as "Tendo Units". Basically the goal is to create a fitness-based page in which we perform advanced experiments using technology to more-or-less "prove" different concepts, hopefully in a manner that is completely new to you guys!
In other words, it would mean the absolute world to me if you guys could support the content, even if it is as simple as sharing the videos with others! The more support we get, the cooler the things we can do! :)
